Here's the deal. I'm not liking AJ much but it's more tinfoily than anything. Tommy, if you legit think I'm off here then I'll put it aside. AJ was right about that other game where we were at each other's throats. We were both town that game and it was such a waste of energy. I clearly can't tell with him because he gets all cocky and it's hard not to make associations. I really didn't like his divine revelation of Thane prolly being town close to the deadline. It just rubs me the wrong way. His sketch activity is also meh. I know he said he had work and all that but you never know. In any case, I'm going to differ to you about him. At the end of the day, even if he is a deep wolf... we can take him out later. So let me know if you still want me to do that ISO on him.

 

We have to stick with our townie reads. I've seen enough games of town having a solid town core and then them shooting themselves in the leg the tinfoiling and the high mighty search for the deep wolf. Lets stick with the basics and get the more obvious scum out of the way first.

So. Despo is giving me bad vibes. I can't put my finger on it. Probably it's who he pushed and when. I don't believe he saw Thane doing the same as last game. I also hate the way he did 180 on Hally (and later on me). It didn't feel genuine. Reminds me of the Sherlock game where he kept pushing me then changed stance cause the game flew elsewhere.

 

I know thiw might be somewhat vague but it seems like he's off sync and he is only there to cauae triuble.

 

He pushed Thane at daystar becauwe he knows Thane looks bad when pushed off balqnce from the start. Then he tried the Hally route (kill her wim and set her up for a mislynch). He changed tack when i intervened. Went after me cause he saw a chance at mislynching me and in any case derail the game bigtime.

 

He didn't really done stuff while the wind blew that way. Some here some there.

 

Then he 180's on me but keeps the vote there for a while juat in case.

 

Later he triew his best to make sure Thane cant get his footing in the game again.

 

This ia my theoey something that i saw whil3 reading back up on the nught i missed triggered it. I shall try to find.

Well, that was to be expected. I didn't see Thane's play similar to the game where he was scum, as i explained it here.

 

Last I saw before I went to sleep, Thane and Hally were the competing trains. I am quite convinced Hally is scum here - her reaction to my calling scum on her, bordering on OMGUS and the focus away from her lynch does reinforce my opinion.

 

Looking back, this is the point where the focus shifted away from her. At this point, it was 4-3 with Thane leading and Hally starting to get some heat.

And, then Nyn and TOmmy vote to bring Thane as the leading wagon and push Hally to the background. In fact, Nyn takes extra effort to clear Hally and vote Thane who she said was gut town earlier.

All in all, Halli has quite a few logic fails and there are a couple of things she did I think are scummy. But she did improve later on with her reread and I feel like she's been a lot more open about her thought process so I can follow her train of thought better, even if I don't necessarily agree with her.
