Pretty sure you've spouted about how you're supertown more than once, but ok.

Nolder and Hallia appear to be a consensus bottom 2.  Anybody disagree?

@Nol & Hally - I know you guys do, so tell me who you think it should be

Final Vote Count :

Krak (3): Sexy LouNy , Wolfish, Hallia

Nolder (2): Yates, Dice

Sexy LouNy (5): Barm, Tina, Krak, Cory, Verb

Hallia (1) : Nolder

Fina vote count from yesterday. I'd say odds are with only two mafia that they weren't bussing each other. Not to be ruled out, but unlikely. Tina, Krak and I evened out the odds against the krak train, cory is now known innocent and Verb I'm thinking is probably innocent because he could have tied up the Krak train instead. Krak could have evened the odds on Nolder instead of LouNy leading to a higher chance of him being lynched, so I don't see him bussing.

I think with that in mind our top candidates are:

Hallia, Nolder, Yates (in no particular order). Dice and Wolfish are under popular consensus to be most likely town.

This is a good list.

I don't like that I'm on it but I know why.

I'll be choosing between Hallia and Yates myself today.

Gonna give them both some time to catch up and present their ideas before doing so though.

Has Yates said anything about being absent today?

Not that I recall.

Hmmmm

Vote Yates

I just want to make a comment on this. I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed. You guys have GOT to stop starting trains on absent people. I realize that Cory was one of the people that hopped on the wagon and I realize that he was Town but JC is this terrible play.

Like - I can see Town-Krak placing a vote there as a "hey, dude, where you at?" vote. And that's fine. But after that? Gross. I would think Cory would know better. Then again, he also does some shady stuff as traps. So I will concede it's possible he did that just to see who would jump on the wagon and which wagon they were jumping off of. I'll be keeping this in mind as I go through.

I don't agree.

People 'round these parts often stay off thread as scum.

I've done it when I'm catching heat.

It's a good strategy because town is usually ADD and jumps from one thing to the next so if you can wait them out you'll be in the clear.

I think voting absent people is a perfectly legitimate strategy. Not saying it's best practice that should be employed every time but I don't think it's terrible play and should never ever be done.

Also, Yates, Please take note.

re: "I thought better of you" type posts. Don't do them.

It's really obvious emotional manipulation.

You don't want to be seen doing that whatever your alignment.

But this is bad. You think two votes wouldn't have gotten my attention, Nolder?

2/6 wouldn't bother me.

I wouldn't get nervous until 4/6 probably.

Also, just out of curiosity, did anyone think to check to see if I was posting anywhere else on site? I'm pretty active in a lot of threads, fyi.

I didn't know you'd fully embraced DM, didn't think to check no.

My 4 as Cory had requested were going to be Dice, Mish/Kronos, Cory, and Barm.  I think we should still do this.

Dice, Tina, Mish/Kronos,...

I can't give a 4th.

I don't think you're mafia Verbal but there's enough doubt for me to not be able to be 100% confident you're town.

That applies to everyone who isn't Dice, Tina, and M/K.

Barm is still null to me.

This has made me realize I rely on meta way more than I thought I did.

I need to work on this.

I don't disagree.

I know why I'm there.

I had some bad communication in the early game and even though I think I was improving before the lynch I moved my vote off Lee/Nyn just before the lynch. That looks bad, I'm not going to argue that. My plan for today is to do my best to determine who's scum and if I'm lynched you'll have my thoughts to move you forward with.

[v] Yates [/v]

I read his and Nolder´s posts. I´m far from satisfied with Nolder´s posts but I feel that he at least has played the same game as I. Yates has a lot of posts that discusses playstyles with Yates and today he kind of discuss with Cory even though he is dead. I don´t find a lot of game related info. He hardly mentioned Nyn/Leelou at all.

Also, somehow I ended up in his bottom list although everyone else have me as townie. I fear that he is starting to mention me now just to come back to me later.

Hi Tina.

While you're around what do you think of what I was saying about Hallia yesterday?

To reiterate my main argument was that she didn't take the time to craft a detailed response and give thoughts on everyone, instead opting for a couple quotes and a quick vote.

They're dead. I'm moving on. Speaking of hardly mentioning people...

I hardly mention you. Mostly because I don't remember much from you. I actually *DO* plan to come back to you later because I don't have a strong read on you. You are in the position you are in not because of something you did or didn't do but because my reads on the other slots are stronger. But for now? I'm lynching off the wagon and focusing on those slots. So don't get defensive until you have something to be defensive about. It'll just be a distraction.

Are you still going on about that? It's what you get from me in mobile. But keep flogging that horse if it helps :)

I said I'd be able to reread tonight when I get home for my date w/dice

My "not willing to lynch"-list is Dice, Verb, Barm, those are the three I feel strongest about (my blue list). Tina, I feel pretty confident about. Krak I'm leaving only solely for the fact that LouNy's vote was parked there the whole day; no matter what else I have thoughts on his play, that's a pretty clear. So that's my greens. Leaves Nolder, Hallia and Yates. Nolder I've been very back and forth on, Hallia I really don't have a big read on, and Yates I have a weird feeling about, the fact that I have such a little read on him considering how relativly vocal he was D1 makes me feel off, but at the same time, the fact that LouNy jumped on his train last minute; you'd think they'd love the chance to get another train going. Then again, it might be an attempt at getting one of them cleared if the other got lynched. Cause it makes me think like I do now that they were lynched, and if Yates had ended up getting lynched, that would have made LouNy look good... So ok, I'm just not gonna think about that, and I'll see how they interacted on a reread instead.

I think you're either severely failing to understand the complaint or you are in fact mafia.

It's not about being on mobile or being busy at work or any other excuses.

It's about the fact that you're not involved in the game on anything but a superficial level.

You're not giving much original thought, you're mostly echoing others, you seemingly have time to comment on the game but you don't have time to catch up, and you haven't given us anything but the most basic impression of what you think of other people in this game or why you think those things.

You keep mischaracterizing my statements as some kind of scummy impatience.

In fact I've made it clear multiple times that I'd rather you go dead silent for a day or two and come back with some well thought out posts.

I can wait for them, it's not a problem, but I don't see any sign from you that we'll ever see anything resembling an actual case let alone your thoughts on other players in the game. You're behind and the only way to catch up isn't to post snippets here and there. The way to catch up is to read the thread and give a post that shows you know what's going on in the game, where you stand, and why. Quality over quantity isn't always the most important thing, but it is when you're behind.

You want me to get off your case? Show me some quality.

Until then I think you're mafia using the "I'll catch up soon" shield.

Can you explain why one of your strongest town reads is Barm?

I can't seem to read him at all. What seems townie to you about him?

I disagree, completely. I think that although short, my thoughts were just fine.

Well we're in disagreement and possibly at an impasse.

You don't have to convince me you're not mafia, but it sure wouldn't hurt considering we're going to go head to head later as top lynch candidates.

If you're not mafia you're only making it easier for Yates, assuming someone else doesn't have us all fooled.

Your choice.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't there a few people around EoD that didn't understand the hybrid hammer. Could scum have been one of them?

Absolutely.

That's another reason why I understand I am where I am.

I didn't realize we didn't have standard hammer rules this game.

Is that a very thinly-veiled covert push at Nolder?

It's not very thin lol.

And it's not her fault.

It was my screw up.

I do think she's deflecting though.

Well yeah, but I feel like town Hallia would call you out as opposed to resorting to that.
