oh the apologise reminds me - someone asked how to change the spell check language on an iPad in one of the games.

 

you add the keyboard of the language (British, American, ozzish english etc), and then when you're on the keyboard you click the globe icon lower left right of the ?123 or the ABC, and it changes the autocorrect defaults.
