Don't like how Tommy is implying that anyone who distrusts his claim is scum.  I say have his partner claim and then have Tsuki confirm that person.  Then if all that works, we can have Tommy use his ability on whoever we lynch, assuming we decide to go that way.

 

Is this what you were referrign to btw Des?  Cuz I thought it was pretty pro-town at the time but I got tons of heat for it.

I mean that at the time that I said it, I thought it was pretty damn pro-town.  Now that we have the sensor claims, I think we probably should focus our investigative power on the more suspicious people on Darthe's train.  If we don't get 4 scum by the time we've run through them, we can return to Tommy.  He's not lock clear imo, but I don't think we should be focusing on him for a while.

There are a couple of easy ways to solve this. Notbob isnt confirmed though hw is closer than some. I say ask because he is a neighborizer so he can be lynched tomorrow. Also (somewhat less fool proof) I still didnt trust Tommy so I changed a single weird in my role pm. Often chilly kiss their abilities but id he cant tell me that then he lied anyhow. Also I dont see quicksilver being specifically unless mynd wanted to confirm that this game had recruiting which would be both odd for a mod and something that other players would have. Des makes a lot of sense in his earlier post and I very much support this line of reasoning.

 

Oh, and Notbob snuck through the day by buying me. We really don't have anything to clear him on, even less than we do on nol. No sense in taking everyone's asked about their abilities.

For the record I was not rmtrying to discredit, distract, or contest the sensor readings- I believe those to be true. I simply wanted to get out my epiphany about NotBob likely recruiting Tommy. Notice that NotBob was on the train, yet Tommy wanted to take him off the lynch table. I think we should DER use the sensor readings, to not do so would be foolish. I just think I caught at least one of the scum on that train.

 

Speaking of which, if I'm right and NB DID recruit Tommy, I'm not sure how that would reflect on the sensor readings. As in, how would it count Tommy at the time the readings happen? I'm only pointing this out because it's possible we lynch 4 scum on the train and yet one more scum could still be hiding from it

 

As for Tommy saying he was unrecruitable, if you buy that then I don't know what to tell you. Quicksilver was always switching sides in the comics, and the only characters I'd expect to be unrecruitable are major central ones like Captain America maybe, or ones who have n absolutely central role to the game. Tommy's role can def be useful, but not central to the game imo.

Also apparently Nolder isn't Tommy's twin, but again for the record- I wasn't saying that I was confident he was recruited too, I was just saying it was possible, thinking that Mynd could have had twin roles where w/e happened to one happened to the other.

 

Fwiw tho Nol's response to all this has been legit scummy, with how he has misrepped multiple people and said we were going against the sensor readings of something, which is total BS

Just back from Guardians of the Galaxy. It was really good.

 

 

 

 

It´s hard to figure out people´s alignment from the voting since many (or maybe all) have some ability that has to do with voting. In my case, I can learn how many threats to the town there are on the lynchtrain as long as my vote is not on that train. (Kind of opposite to Hallia.) What we need to work with right now though is that we know that there are four non town players on Darthe´s lynch train. That is great info.

So...at the end of the day you pick which train you want to check?
Because there can be several trains you're not on.

They're trying to shift the focus from finding these 4 people to some conspiracy about me/tommy/notbob.

I don't understand what's so hard to believe that Tommy would be silenced so he can't clear Darthe for sure until later and that he was contacted by a neighbor role. Like Tommy is center of attention right now, why wouldn't people be using powers on him?

I never said I didn't believe them to be liars. If I did, I wouldn't give my reads on the other people on the train who weren't cleared. When Des asked, if sensor reads were given, I wouldn't tell him about what Hallia found.

 

To me, it looks like what Des said is not at all related to Tina or Hallia. He's accusing you guys. Why are you trying to shift the focus away from you? 

 

See, I never said I believed Des. All I said was I believe his claim of having a leader of a lynch ability because I have one. All other stuff I concentrated on was your responses to his case.

Here's my 2cents, Des' case expressly states that Tommy, NotBob, and probably Nolder are scum.  You say you never stated you believed Des' case, but by going off on Nolder directly paraphrasing from Des' case and stating that Nol is "panicking" pretty much implies that you agree with Des' case, because if his case is false and Nol is town then why would any of it matter to Nol?

 

Also you just had Tommy in your confirmed town pile, so this also doesn't jive with what you're saying.

 

 

In mostly confirmed townies are Tommy, Darthe, Tsuki. Tress and Arsis a little lower along with Key and AJ. Dawn in the null to town pile. And mainly everyone who I haven't mentioned in null pile.

Really, how does saying Nolder is panicking imply I agree with Des. To me, Nolder started panicking after the repeated focus on him.
