FYI: my WiFi network apparently has decided it doesn't like DM. Every other site I can access, but both my laptop and my phone when on my home WiFi connection will not load the site. Can get to it on the phone data network but that's it and it's really annoying me right now.

I won't be able to follow through on expanding reads without being able to reread the thread and/or do several ISO's. Sending an email to the help desk to see if there's anything I can do that I haven't already tried.

It's probably a DNS issue. Change your DNS server on your router. Try OpenDNS.

Went to look for it and realised that I probably read that wrong.

You said to Mish: How long are you going to trust her, until she gets nk´d. (Or something like that.) I took it like you thought Red was scum but I think you mean that she will never be shot. Ehm... am I right?

Generally I have a hard time to follow your thoughts though. I´m all for voting Red but because of other reasons. You seem to build your case on that Red started to comment on your claim. You must have guessed people would comment on it.

I have no idea how to do that. But I did just reboot my cable modem and my wireless router, and suddenly Chrome can connect to DM, so yay.

I know the first rule of tech support by heart. If it doesn't work right, try rebooting. Rebooting the computer didn't do it, but the modem/router was the next step.

You are sort of right. I AM implying that she would never be shot. But what I'm really getting at is that BG is a great fake claim for scum because A. it's next to impossible to prove and B. if someone counters - free BG kill! So it was also a legitimate concern. We don't have anyone for her to protect, for example. So there's no OBVIOUS target for a BG or scum team. How do you disprove that she "protected" Tina last night if you end up not being targeted, for example? You can't. Unless we have a tracker. And that would result in the need for the tracker to out him/herself to out the fake claim. Then scum just kills the tracker that night and pats themselves on the back for making the rest of their kills easier.

I legitimately decided to just straight up claim and be done. As you know, I have a reputation for gambits. In this game, straight shooting is my "gambit." I have my reasons. The comments I expect are things like "well this is null." What I don't expect is pages upon pages of fishing, wifom, misreps, and fail logic. THOSE are the reasons I'm voting for Red. Her commenting on my claim was my excuse to explore her intent. The resulting conversation has led me to believe that she is being dishonest about her intent. Town has no reason to be dishonest. So, yes, I would expect other people to find her scummy for reasons outside of my own. If any of my contributions elicited a post from her that helped form that opinion, then I feel like I've done my job.

I had it too. Couldn't access DM at all and I was stuck in limbo in chat. But then I restarted my laptop like someone suggested and it started working again. All hail the restarting solution!

okay Yates. and without quotes or anything, just notes.

1. Mistress (Mish/Tress) - my raptor meme on Mish was just a poke fun joke, Mynd's initial push on Mish was intended to be a game starter not really pressure Mish. her reaction was scummy, hence my Newman me. aside from Mynd and myself, others commented on this as well. at this point i saw Mynd was taking lead in the Mish push and backed off. partly because mynd does better at beating the grass than myself (i defer to his experience in the matter and didn't want to muck up what he was doing), partly because i didn't want to be linked to him, partly for Mish's sanity (two bull dogs on a beat the grass campaign = bad mojo)

the most pinging things on Mishtress case is her shifting focus to Tress, and then Tress trying to paint Womby as a Dawn defender. it was damage control + misdirection imo. its also noticable that Mish has stepped back and let Tress take lead for the most part. this action can go both ways, but is still note worthy.

2. Desbat (Wombat/Des) - Womby is playing more like Despo and Despo is straight up not playing. this pings on a gut level. active Womby in D1 is strange and a quiet Despo gets my nerves on end. Wombys vote on me was a null tell though. he never pushed my wagon and to me the vote read as an attention game starter (basically a Despo move) as well as trying to get me to start playign the game to get a read on me.

3. Nol - is more interested in off topic convo (like hybrid mechanics) and isn't scum hunting at all. this is pinging, but as for a list and because this is all thats pinging well theres no case yet. worth noting for when he does sart playing as ammo in a future case. his atching onto Mynds suggestion of lynchign Hybrids is note worthy

4. Krak - is also just straight up not playing. null on him

5. MegaLoud (Amega/Cloud) - Cloud is mostly being the speaking peice for them and so far theres nothign really overtly scummy abotu him. null on him for now

6. Crayjay (Cory/Andrej) - pinged for how defensive they got over a vote on Tom, and how hard they worked to pressure me to move my vote. crappy voting reason aside, they started this push before i said why i was keeping my vote there. this reaction caused me to stay put (that and i wont have my vote bullied off a person just because he's their friend and i dont like to vote hop a lot when the game actually starts). Cory did not as far as casing me, just tried to insult me off his friends wagon. AJ took lead on applying the direct pressure. at first his casing was solid and possibly townish ... but then he started trying to set the lynch up on me and trap me so that no matter how i moved he could continue a case on me. he also tried to drag back up the distraction convo of discussing what tom meant by Goat. i disliked this and decided to get obstinate at him. he then tried to spilt his focus at one point by starting up with you (Yates) regaurding your claim. possibly to continue the push against you after i flip, or possibly becuase he saw i made a good point (though i doubt the latter as he didn't chime in wiht Mynd when he saw Mynd made a good point on Mish)

7. Lenlo - is lurking ... needs pressure

8. X - has solid posts so far, but most of what he says is just backing up others rather than anything new. i'd be watching him to see how he acts ate on

9. Dawn - her vote on me was nothing more than a wagon vote desgiused as a "joke vote". yeah omby pointed out she's only been scum in games, but playing as scum means you ACT TOWN. this is not a town act, hence his point is moot. she shoudl be pressured more about this imo.

10. Jack - pings hardcore. he's quiet. a quiet pete is a scummy pete. and the first game related thing he does ... links me with AJ and buddies up to Mynd. do not like.

11. Princess Verbalina of Kindelbury (Verb/Tina) - both are quiet, for Verb this is Null. for Tina idk. i have played with her in a few games but really meta isn't only good for a baseline judgement if more pressure shoudl be applied or if a person diserves closer watching. game wise, i hve a null on both. i would liek them to both not lurk though, considering how much clout they have as players.

12. Halleeloujah (Leelou/Hally) - same as Verbalinia, minus the clout for Halia (Leelou gets clout though *nods*) Leelou is always a null tell for me, cause she policy lynches me when she can and hasn't posted yet. her vote reason is solid imo,so null on them.

13. Dice - another thats striaght up not playing

14. Zanube - and another, whose only posts have been in response to spam (though get better if you are sick)

16. Nyankat (Nyn/Kat) - nyn is being nyn, kat is non existant. null on them

17. Mynd - was pining as town first ... but then he started to flip his stance on Mish and myself, giving himself a back way off the mishtress train and starting to FoS me, after defending me btw. smells liek giving himself an opportunity to train hop without looking scummy. i'm also unsure about his push on the hybrids ... it depends on what he's implying really. if he's tryign to get us to poliicy lynch them JIC one or two are scum, then major ping and FoS his way.

18. Tommy - is trying to continue the spam, half heartedly scum hunting (whcih is mostly parroting others words) and is trying to drag me back into a convo that i feel is mostly aimed at causeing a 3rd distraction discussion. even goign as far as tryign to bait and goad and taunt me back into it. he also let AJ defend him when i was voting him, instead of defending himself. i dont like this and he pings

19. Yates - twists words better than an Aes Sedia imo is a very good debater and a very good player, you remind me of Verb's play style. i greatly dislike the claim, not the fact its VT, but that the claim came with no pressure at all and sets up way too much WIFOM. i also dislike how the discussion turned in this when i persued it, which is from the reveal itself to debating moot points (liek what a VT role is and how to scum hunt). theres also that NK comment that just doesn't sit well with me .... as well as the remakr to Mynd about "Town Reds scum hunting". yeah you provided an explaination to which i have yet to respond (and in this post tried to continue the off topic discussion of the nilla role btw) but you make my gut scream to have you lynched.
