Yeah, you can actually get the ferry over from my town. Done it a couple of times - love the quaint little towns with their cobbled streets.

I have never tried to cross the "pond" with the ferry...but it could be worth a try, usually there are good bars and restaurants hidden in the small towns

 

and that must be way less expensive than the train

Yeah much less expensive.

 

Ideal if you've got a group of friends and one of your drives :)

A group of friends is easy to gather ... now to put them all in a car is way harder

The worst being that the driver can't drink and no one never volunteers

Oh I know, I've taken that bullet many times.

 

Best thing about being designated driver is the hilarious photos you can take of your friends making poor life decisions though. Priceless

Well Shadow is missing most of the awesome people (I can call them awesome if they won't see )

 

as much as weird it feels to says, its good to have more Shadowies (what good is it being a Lightie if there are no Shadowies to rule over)
