Just woke up all.  To address Despo somewhat.  I read his case on Verbal/me as I was lying in bed on my phone.  I posted to the QT my immediate reaction to post.  Then went to sleep.

 

All I will say is everyone here knows when I'm scum I fight fight fight when posts like that are made.

 

The fact that Verbal is scum has no bearing on my alignment.

 

And btw I never claimed a character.  My claim is Molly.  Not my true character.

 

Also, one more bit of info that Despo failed to mention.  If the DOC protects one of us...we both get protected.  Why would scum need to be DOC protected?????  Forgot about that didn't you Despo?  Maybe you could have looked for my reaction in the QT before spewing on the main thread.  Now the scum team gets a 2 for 1. 

 

Bolded: Not sure why you would post your immediate reaction in the QT but not on thread. You had to have realized that would look shady, right? I believe that you went to bed, but I think you didn't post because you wanted to figure out how to crisis manage this.

 

Italics: All you have to say in your defense is bringing up your own meta? Not a very strong defense...

 

Underlined: Eh I was gonna strongarm it, but yeah, what Peace says is true. As Lovers, we both share a death and share protection (if one of us is protected, the other is as well).

 

First, right off the bat I want to say that we shouldn't get Doc protection tonight. If Peace really is town, then the mafia team will most likely kill us (2 for 1 hard to pass up). If we live in the morning, and someone else dies, that def makes me even more sure of Peace's scumminess.

 

Second, I believe that we were told that because all Lovers in this game were designed the same way; after all, had both sets of Lovers claimed, and then it turned out only one shared protection, it would have become obvious which Lover pair had a scummie in it. So I don't think you can try to use the fact that we share doc protection as a way to clear yourself at all Peace. I think you're grasping at straws.

 

I said on the QT if you convinced me you were town, I'd lobby for Doc protection for us, but you def fell short of that mark man. If I'm wrong, and you're town, oh well. But if you were in my shoes you'd have done the exact same thing I think. Or rather you should have.

 

You seriously think Thorum would put two Town/Town Lover pairs in the game?

Nice thing is we should be able to catch the final scum tonight as well (I'm assuming Peace is scum, we can save him for last or lynch him tomorrow if yall prefer).

 

Leelou is cop-cleared (could be GF, but no need to worry about that for now). Cloud sort of character confirmed. Mish is Cop. I'm town and have a fairly strong town read on Tina now. So that leaves Dice or GF. Doesn't matter which gets viewed really, if you get a town we lynch the other, and if THAT one turns out to be town we know Leelou is a GF.

 

Should have this wrapped up soon. Kinda funny, CS getting lynched day 1 may have been the best thing for us this game

Well, it looks like this game is about to end. I also think that Peace is the last mafia member, and if we are by any chance wrong about him then we still have one more shot left to get it right. I find it extremely unlikely that there are two town-town Lovers in the game, and Peace's defense against Despo's accusations have failed to convince me of his innocence.
