The fact that he wasn't hammered means he's town and scum were already on his train (not saying all of them), or he's scum and they're stalling the lynch. I'm not sure which yet.

 

You explain the unvote for wanting to gauge reactions. Fair enough, but at the same time you introduce a little WIFOM into the situation by discrediting Pral a little more. "Why wasn't he hammered already if he isn't scum??"

Why the switch? After your last comment and the post before (I think AJ) voting Not Bob to even the train, the timing of your switch with no explanation feels off.

Actually I'm just trying to lynch scum. I disagree that scum would necessarily claim a PR. It's just as easy to claim vanilla. Trying to divert attention from what?

 

 

I could go either way on this argument. But here Kaylee is consistently on the side of the argument that could be used against Pral.

 

 

So, we've got Cloud discrediting Pral further while voting for Peace. (Peace never said he'd believe any role on D1, just that he believed Pral's, btw. That's an important detail that you're misrepresenting here.)

 

At this point, these are the associations that I see.

 

Cloud and Kaylee are against NotBob's train. Cloud through his interference by going after Peace and now arguing with Dap. Kaylee more subtle with first the unvote that gained some attention and then revoting Pral to even out the trains.

 

Peace wants to lynch NotBob over Pral on the basis that he believes Pral's VT claim. Why NotBob, Peace? I don't remember you actually making a case on him before.

At this point, with NotBob having the most votes and this close to DL, I think he should be our lynch. If he flips scum then I think Cloud and/or Kaylee are his teammates.

I never said I was against his train. I was simply evening out the trains, as I remember you trying to do. Seems funny you call me out for it though. I already explained why I unvoted.

Bold: that was me wondering and putting thoughts out there...you know scumhunting. It's D1 and I'm doing my best. 

Blue: I didn't question him for switching trains. I was questioning him changing votes without explaining as to why. I typically question votes that have no explanation unless someone else already has. 

Green: I wasn't avoiding voting NotBob, I was evening trains out to see what would happen, as I had previously stated.

Purple: Just trying to look at all sides...I honestly have used the VT claim as scum because I thought it was more likely to keep me alive. I wasn't the only one to mention this either.

Dark Red: I wasn't avoiding his lynch. I wasn't sure who I thought the best candidate so I didn't vote anyone else. I was waiting to see how things played out.

Pink: not sure what to say as I don't know how he'll flip.

I mentioned NotBob’s reasoning for Lenlo’s self vote seemed off to me.

 

 

I asked Lenlo about it as did Darthe, twice as I remember, Cloud asked me to make sure whether I was going to vote Lenlo or not. (pressure on me Cloud  said)

 

I voted Darthe as his interaction with Dap sounded very chummy, I might have been mistaken in that

 

 

 

Concerning NotBob I already got a bit iffy when he kept on Lenlo for not reading the rules.

 

 

 I am believing Lenlo at the moment with the explanation he gave.

BTW...I do have pre-game info....but it's no different than any other town pre game info. Csarmi was correct.

So Csarmi right off the bat makes an enemy for himself and badgers someone. Mafia tend to want to set up a ground game first, have good coverage and etc before they begin to squeeze. It hurts them to not have ammo. Beyond that, look at the phrasing. He isn't playing bold despite the bold sgatement, he is merely taking a standpoint based on what he sees and sniffing it out a bit.

 

Yea, not taking risks anymore. Just going with the sure thing.

 

Also, I'm gonna have sporadic net access this weekend. Just saying.

Salami managed two more town tells here. By announcing that he intended to break his meta (not taking hugw risks) he immediately boxed himself in. Then he said that he wouldn't be around as much. Ill explain that in tandem with Quibby though.

Also, don't expect a lot of action out of me for the next couple days. I'll jump in when I can, but I am posting from work. Can't take too much time with my posts. Regular activity will begin on Wednesday.

The reason that announcing immediate inactivity is typically a towntell: This is an immediate definitive statement that both limits the player and would directly affect a mafia members abioity to contribute to his team. Essentially, tons of risks for very little reward. He can't pop up too much or people will say he w as BSing, he can't defend teammates readily, he can't be a bit name inthe game pushing lynches etc. Can mafia also be bisy? Yes, but its less likely for them to announce it. They will more often rely on their team to pull them through behind the scenes.
