Hmm actually looking at postcounts here's who I think we need to lynch for activity.

RTE, Kaylee, Tigraine, Des (gets a pass for joining late but needs to start participating ASAP), Songstress, and Sakaea.

There are a few people above them in postcount which I'd still be leery of for not having said much even with the amount of posts they have like Basel or Kronos but that's a problem for another day.

There are a few who i'd like to see more of, that is for sure. Wombat suggests we take out inactives and gets killed for his trouble, is that possessed trying to stop us thinking bout inactives, or to make us overthink argh.

My vote is on RTE until I can get a stronger Mafioso scent wafting off someone. Still looking at Rand from earlier hours, and has been quite sparse during all the festivities as far as I recall. Laying low?

Ok, but it made Cloud vote for him. Is that opportunistic of Cloud, or is it you breadcrumbing a future case on Kronos? Or maybe Kronos is just scum and you're totally right?

Verb I think Cloud's vote is opportunistic. Wich is why I poked at him for him being on his scum meta; especially leaning on my cases, cause he knows I have a really hard time reading him <.<

I'm fine with lynching RTE too. He hasn't posted at all this game (and has even been away from DM since the start of the game I think) and that could be really dangerous for town.

My point is that is simply scum behavior, and an easy way to case somebody when using a very generic scum tell.

"low profile, follows others with his votes, doesn't question or scumhunt, he just follows along" = that is what the vast majority of scum do. This has no meat to it. Casing for the sake of casing, but not really making any kind of case.

You are right that's normal scum behavior, and I know it's a weak read, but it just stood out to me and I voted for him to hopefully get a few responses back.

Totally cool with voting RTE today. 77 pages in, still not a word from him. I realize I'm at the low end of the post count also, but at least I'm contributing. Tigraine, Kaylee, Despo, Songs, I'd almost bet one of them is possessed too.

As a reminder, my activity will be spotty today, tomorrow and early Friday. I'll definitely be able to check back in today a couple times. When I travel west my sleep gets all jacked up, so it's possible I could be doing some red-eye posting late on Thursday, but no promises. :)

I put together a list of people I found scummy and people who I thought, throughout the game, were taking positions of no accountability. NotBob was on the list of people who had taken positions that weren't accountable, IMO. I haven't played with NotBob before so I worriedI wouldn't be able to effectively scumhunt him and he was on my list. Figured I'd take a shot on someone a bit off the radar as the lynch train was choo-chooing toward RTE anyways so I didn't need to use it on Talya who was under the most suspicion.

RTE has been active today and even made a statement on the BT Board that he needed to catch up with his Mafia Games. I thought cool - maybe he will actually show up then, but he hasn't. I can see that Dap has posted in the Sign Up Thread that the Game has started - so anyone followinf the Thread should see that - and also CSarmi (who I pronounce as C. S. Army btw - kind of like C. S. Lewis) has asked to replace in. It's totally unfair to not even bother to post at all when there are people who want to actively play and can't.

I'm not happy about Lynching someone just for being inactive - but if he really can't be bothered to join us I'm not impressed.

That said, I primarily agree with your first sentiment about scum hunting. What I don't like about this day is the people that jumped in after the Wombat death scene and started pointing to people that would have had motives for shooting Wombat. Reeks like framing. Remedial stuff, so I was surprised to see it from Verbal.

Also surprised to see Verbal back off Leelou, since he sold it moderately well yesterday that she was a good vote.

Within the very moment that he first touches the spirit, he wishes he hadn't - it is far worse than he could have ever expected, an evil so dark that he instantly understands why no one has ever stood a chance against it.

These thoughts flash through his mind in an instant. In the next instant, the spirit takes hold of Wombat's heart and crushes it.

Wombat slumps forward, quite dead.

I know that Talya is Dead and confirmed Town now, but could you explain why you didn't need to use the camera on Talya when you say she was under the most suspicion yesterday, when we didn't know she was Town?
