Just got home. WTF? Confused. Tired. Will figure this out in the morning.

President Ulysses S. Grant loved having dreams about making the Confederates surrender, and he was not afraid of confronting the enemy. This dream he woke up from left him shaking with fear, though. It faded quickly from his memory, but he knew he should be afraid, and he was. He was utterly terrified. He told Julia to cancel all of his meetings and leave him alone, and to post security guards outside his doors. He wrapped himself in his blankets and glanced from the door to the windows, trying to keep an eye on everything at once. 

 

What he failed to realize is that his killer might already be in the room. And unfortunately, he didn't check under his bed, and a figure slid from under the frame and silently rose up as Grant was looking at the window opposite him. He was staring at a bird momentarily when he noticed the reflection of the man in the clock face. The blood splattered across the nightstand, and the figure was gone before security opened the door. 

 

Darthe V, President Ulysses S. Grant, is dead. 

Grant was born on April 27, 1822 in Point Pleasant, Ohio, and was Innocent.

 

George Washington COULD have set himself up as King, but he knew this new system was best for the land he and his brethren had fought so hard to make free. And so he found himself as the first President of the United States. So why wasn't he happy? Why were his dreams plagued with horrible images and visions of the future? Why could he not sleep without this dreadful image of his land? He was becoming more and more secluded, working in private. He just couldn't trust anyone anymore, so he started encoding his work and guarding everything. He did enough to keep his work secret until Nicholas Cage came along. As careful as he was, though, he couldn't be careful enough. There were forces closing in on him, and he couldn't stop them. He was found one morning with all 42 pages of his notes covered in his blood. 

 

 

Sakaea, President George Washington, Redirector, is dead. 

Washington was born on February 22, 1732 in Westmoreland County, Virginia (back when it was British Columbia), and was Innocent.

A few things.

 

Guys, this was an Advanced Game. You have to realize not all things are going to be explained, but at the end of the day, a mafia game is a mafia game. If this was a King Maker game or some crazy different thing, we would have said so. 
Saying that, yes, I should have clarified that Elections were Lynches early on.

Nolder starts spouting his crazy ideas, and everyone freaks out. I think there is a lesson in that.  

 

The no Role Claiming was very loose, and I was disappointed in the lack of finding creative ways to get information out. 

 

I was also disappointed in activity in this game, and the lack of general discussion.

Kae, now I see what you were talking about, and I can see why you thought I was town. But you never really accounted for the chance that John and Song were the ones we actually aimed at. We deliberately NKed one of our own with John to give Hally some town cred as a vig. And we NKed Song cause she was obviously the cop.

Oh, sorry. He wasn't a normal Symp. Each Night, he randomly found out the name of a mafia member until he knew the whole team. If he had stayed alive one more Game Night, he would have gotten the link to the QT.  

 

 

 

Technically, they killed him five times. And the fifth time won the game.

Actually... bad news mafia.  

 

Due to a technicality, Town won the game on Day Zero.  Ed wrote their mafia win condition as:

 

You ... win when the Innocent have a majority.

 

I think only one person happened to notice it and question it, the rest didn't push it...but considering they had a majority upon the original day break, they win.
