Katiora stands before the formation of the entire Band. The three Regiments stand at ease before her with the Captain-Generals of each Regiment in front of their formations, all facing her. To the side of the formation stands Katiora with a ledger open. Suddenly a horn sounds, and everybody snaps to attention at the horn’s sounding. Katiora announces:


ATTENTION TO ORDERS: 

The Band of the Red Hand has reposed special trust and confidence in the battle prowess, valour, fidelity, and professional excellence of the following personnel. In view of these qualities and their demonstrated leadership potential and dedicated service to the Band of the Red Hand, they are, therefore, promoted:
