Suspect: Dr. Julius No: A rich nuclear scientist who used his knowledge and wealth to threaten a U.S. rocket launch. He is half chinese, half german. His expertise caused him to lose both his hands to radiation exposure. They were replaced with stronger metal hands but at a cost to overall dexterity.

 

Current Status: Deceased. Bond and Dr. No fought each other after Bond sabotaged Dr. No's nuclear facility causing the nuclear reactor to overheat and start a meltdown. They were on a platform that descended into the boiling reactor but Dr. No could not climb out because of his metal hands lack of dexterity.

I agree that he waited too long to claim, but you posted 5 minutes after him, after he said he would claim. Seems pretty scummy to me.

He was at L-1 when he said he would claim, that was actually the time to claim right away. Although L-2 might have been safer.

JLM - I agree that L-2 might have been safer. I'd also have given more thought to the activity vs. time if it had been me.

Hey guys I'm really sorry for my inactivity the past couple of days, been very busy at home getting ready for thanksgiving celebrations this weekend (celebrating early with a few sections of family). Catching up now

Alright well first of all GRRRRRR @ losing Doc. Seriously, I kinda wish mods somehow could keep noobs from getting power roles when it seems so many times we get misplays because of it. NS should have claimed Doc much sooner, and I really feel like the people pushing his lynch know he's an easy lynchee because his english isn't that great and he's not that good at persuading others not to lynch him.

 

Unfortunately, since I tried catching up quickly I don't really have specific thoughts on which players might be guilty of this or anything, but the good news is I'm back to work tomorrow night so I'll do a thorough reread then

I actually didn't even know that English wasn't his first language, but I haven't been around for a little while so I haven't played with him much.

 

 

Pushing a lynch because his English isn't great would be a real crappy thing to do, so I hope people weren't using that for a reason .
