Plus with 7 people left, we only have 1 or 2 at most anti-town left, most likely 1. We had 15 people start, so most likely 4 anti town which we have gotten 3 of. Both him, Starry and Basel have to few posts to get a good read from. Kronos, I have a newbie town feeling on. The three others are harder, but the reason I'm going with Dice is the fact he was on both townie-lynches and not on Randoms lynch, and I trust Darthe's instincts who thought Dice was scum. And then got NKed...

I still disagree with your probability argument. As long as there is no third party, and I believe that we destroyed that with John Snow, then even with the most pressing psychological evidence, without a cop reading on someone it still boils down to 50/50. I don't like Rand continuing to push so hard on Dice, nor the fact that he didn't give any credit to my arguments, brushing them off with a 'dice is our best hope'. You're not counter-claimed because it is very possible that your role does not exist in this basic game, and therefore there can be no refuting it.

It's the flip of a coin. But, then again, the actual odds in most mafia situations come down to 50-50. Rand and Nolder are safe, because we can't afford to lose another power role. That leaves the other five of us all as 50/50. What I want to know is, why Dice in particular? Did you just randomly pick him to roleblock, which then brings suspicion on him, or do you have a case against him? Because the other possibilities:

1) That you have lied , and have no power role, and are mafia.

2) That Nolder was targeted, and therefore negated as Nolder protected himself.

3) That dice was targeted, and protected because of you.

Are all still just as viable without a case. The second two options don't implicate anyone, your suggestion and the first option both target players.

 

Rand seems to be actively ignoring Starrik's counter-argument, and continuing to insist that Dice is the best chance we have based on his NA supposedly preventing Dice from making the NK. Several logical alternatives to that have been presented to you, Rand. You have pretty much done nothing to address them. I could understand that you would not want to go into the first possibility that Starrik gave, since you aren't going to say that you're mafia regardless of your alignment. But the other two options work with you as town. The third option presumes that you are town and are being honest about your role, so there's no harm in you conceding the second or third might be true if you are town. And yet you have done your best to sweep this under the rug and pursue your case on Dice anyway. That tells me that you are mafia, since it is in scum's interest to work against any case which keeps them from lynching a townie. A townie would be more willing to consider what Starrik has had to say. Vote Rand.

nope, I did address this. You guys are expereinced to know that to address it I don't have to say that I am addressing Starriks and erpeatedly list out every alternative. However, since you guys insist on me doing so, I will do it anyways.

 

1. i am not maf, I have proved i have a power role by blocking random, having no kill, and then him flipping maf.

2. I have addressed this before and said that this is a valid option.

3. I have addressed this as well and said this was also viable.

 

As Starrik said, this is a 50% chance of him being scum. Now please go ahead and compare this to the normal probability we have of getting scum. 50% is good in mafia. Especially when we won't lose if we mislynch. We are gaining enormous amounts of information. This is the best lynch for town. Are you serious? My reasoning is poor? I have already said that if you guys provide me with a better alternative then I will change my vote. And the only alternative you give is me and the only reason is poor reasoning. And then I tell you that if you provide me with a better alternative I will go with that. Its an infinite loop where you guys keep voting me off of random untrue reasoning that is completely faulty. Honestly, I thought you guys were more experienced than this. My role has pretty much been proven already with random so its pretty obvious I am town. And right now you are lynching a town power role, that will help you against mafia. And I just got lynched. Honestly, if you are not mafia right now, my standard of you as town players has seriously gone down. You just lynched a town power role who could have done nothing but helped you this entire game because of poor reasoning that you forced me to. Good job guys. If mafia wins this, you guys are pretty much to blame. I don't see how you could have made this situation any worse than you just did.
