So let me get this straight. You have three people on your entire list and one of them is Nolder because you disagree with one thing he said which apparently outweighs everything else he has done in this entire game? This is why your logic never nets you mafia.

 

Actually it was taking into account Nolder's style I've played with Nolder alot longer than you have. Fear mongering is a thing he does as mafia.

 

Also that statement reads as you don't think I'm mafia, but I'm on your list of suspects? You keep contradicting yourself Darthe it's quite funny.

It's called infering. You say my logic won't net me mafia, however by your suspect list you think me mafia. If I were mafia would I be trying to net mafia? That is how my statement above fits and is accurate.

Quick response to stuff: I still think Nol is somewhat obviously setting up a frame job on me. Turin never really came out and said he thought I was scummy, he only made some playful remarks in my direction cause we always enjoy fluffing up our "rivalry". Yes, I did say that Turin was one of the better people at reading me earlier in the game, which is why I think Fain's team decided to spring on to the opportunity when Turin entered the game.

 

Something else I've been considering is why Nol keeps doubting the existence of the Forsaken. I really don't think I was jumping to an insane jump in logic when I made the assumption that they would play a role in this game; two Forsaken play a major role in The Great Hunt, and the OP pretty much bludgeons us over the head with a heavy handed hint that they would be in this game.

 

Then the fact that we've seen deaths from Seanchan (captured damane), Fain (poison), and other deaths that really can't be accounted for by either of these two sources, makes it fairly obvious to me that YES, we have Forsaken in the game.

 

Obviously, we won't have proof till we have a coroner's report on one, but if there's only 2 (or maybe even 1?), then this can't be expected to happen easily.

 

I'm really perplexed as to why Nol would be pushing this angle. I really only see two possibilities: 1. He's mafia, and trying to find ways to make me look scummier. 2. He's one of the Forsaken, and trying to downplay our fear of them. I really don't see how trying to doubt the existence of them at this point can be considered a town move.

 

Okay, from other stuff I remember about his case on me... oh yeah Peace. He keeps trying to trump up instance he believes were distancing. Uhm, at the time I voted Peace on Day 2, he had NO VOTES. I CONTINUED pushing his case until he was lynched. There's bussing... and then there's just moronic mafia play. I'm not a moron. I'll bus my teammate in a heartbeat if I feel they're catching heat, but at the time of my vote he pretty much wasn't catching ANY heat whatsoever. End of story.

 

Another thing I remember is him calling me out for suggesting the no lynch option. This is also pretty scummy on his part, considering he knows my opinion on no lynches. I have absolutely no problem with them, when they're used in effective situations. I find day 1 to be one of the best times to use a no lynch, AFTER a few people have been pressured and info has been obtained. At the time, we had something like 3 claims, and I believed 2 of them pretty stoutly, and was hoping a cop could verify the last one. Seemed to me like the perfect opportunity for a no lynch to ensure we didn't accidentally lynch a town power role cause of last second bandwagoning. Incidentally, I then reviewed the case on GF, and tbh he seemed pretty spectacularly scummy to me at the time, and he has yet to really solidify his claim or towniness. Nol trying to use my vote on him after the fact, when he hadn't made the cop claim yet, just seems like another scummy move from him

 

Okay I've gotten pretty long winded here so I'll wrap it up

 

Our activity needs to step up pronto. This is an advanced WoT game people, this shouldn't be the kind of game that should fall prey to inactivity this early in the game. It's looking right now like LZM is our closest chance to a lynch, but we still do have enough time to secure a lynch on someone else if people actually start judging cases and evidence for themselves and placing some votes. I have a feeling Fain and the Forsaken are prob trying to lurk their way through the game, but we shouldn't need their votes to secure a lynch.

 

Step it up people.

Yeah, I saw Darthe as more likely to be a townie before people voted him because of meta. I had Turin and EP down as likely scum, but Turin was town. I was also prepared to vote LZM at one point (during night phase, I think). That was because of the things Darthe mentioned, and that I'd also seen. I can go with my earlier assessments, since there seems to be a lack of consensus. I will Vote LZM .

Despo, in smash bros the reason EP died was Lily used the absorb power that night. When it was used, the person using it was unaffected, which you knew as your mirror ability was very similar. That is the only game I have ever played it was used so I asked. Nolder seems to say it can go either way as a mod call.

 

As to you, I can see you easily as mafia this game. You know that I read you better than most. You have most calling you town. My presence could cause you difficulties. Hence... Maybe you take a chance thinking you can get the claimed cop lynched.

 

Your day one push of setup talk was distracting from the goal of looking for mafia. On day one there is no basis for said discussion so to keep bringing it up is not helping. To throw the possibility of forsaken and to claim they are worse than mafia is also anti town IMO. It is a classic mafia technique to shine the light on anything that lessens the pressure on your team. It works too (I.e. game of thrones). Or not (chrissy in spider). Add some Despo mafia comments and I can definitely see you as a Mafioso.

No Lynching is just a waste of a town kill (which you only get so many of in a game) and it's a scummy move to suggest it unless there are special circumstances and in this case there were none

Most of my reasons are your connection to Des which I've been noting since I entered the game

 

I will note that you did have at least a -4 on my "spectrum" but at some point you said something pretty reasonable or something so I gave you a +1 and downgraded you

You are not my top suspect and I admit I could be on the wrong track here but other people are willing to go on you instead of Des so here we are
