I didn't think your case on Rand was that strong tbh. Your case on Peace was a lot better, but I might just be saying that cause he's already setting off my scumdar. Your vote on BG was weak.

Sorry my internet went down today so couldn't get on.

 

After the initial vote on LZM by Desp, LZM then votes himself, which then is followed by Sinori and Peace. I don't like the jump on the easy target by Shinori and Peace, I understand that LZM is currently not helping to scum hunt, but a lazy vote is a lazy vote.

I do like how you completely skipped over the part where i explained why i couldnt go back and find out the sorcha predicament.

 

You know scum only deal in half truths and leading statements.

The angle is that nobody in there right mind would take my vote seriously. Anybody who actually uses that as an excuse to vote for me is hopping on an easy band wagon. Which makes shinori super suspect.

 

That and i like to spice things up a little.

Okay I have seen enough pings from Peace at this point that I really feel there is no option but to move my vote to him

I still think LZM is prob a Forsaken SK or something, but the way he's leaving his vote on himself makes me think something else might be afoot. Plus, the Forsaken present as big of a threat to the mafia teams as they do to town, so maybe they'll take him out for us tonight.

 

The fact is, Peace has been pinging me all game and at this point it can't just be coincidence. He brought up my meta in a strange way, has been trying to buddy up to several people, and now the way he's trying to add more suspicion to Rand, especially the way he's doing it, just seems uber scummy to me.

As I said before, with multiple anti-town elements, there are going to be some strange voting dynamics. Pay attention EP.

 

In other words, just cause it looks like a lynch is building fast, it doesn't mean the person being voted is town. The people hopping on the lynch could easily be from a separate mafia team or something, or trying to bus. This post seems to be faintly trying to defend LZM. Could the Forsaken be teamed up as well? Which one are you, EP- Lanfear or Ishamael?

I was thinking that if he was a symp, using the word symp at all was an attempt to hint towards being a symp to the mafia. Symp knows mafia, but mafia doesn't know symp, so if the symp was able to hint at the mafia, they might try to recruit him and get another player. So that being said, I think John Snow is a symp. vote John Snow

Ping. Not only does he buddy up to Rand, but he waits till Rand votes for John to place his own vote. If Peace agreed with Rand's reasoning initially, why not vote him at first? Scum never like to look like they're leading a lynch.

Oh and mr Des is playing a bit off his meta. He seems awfully pro town and I always get a scum read on him.

Leading statement imo. At first I thought he might be trying to set up a way to clear GF as a teammate, now in retrospect I think he was just trying to make GF look worse

This was another ping, I really don't like people throwing out the Jester suggestion.

 

As far as Forsaken hunting, I think an effective method would be to look at players that are normally more active but are more lurky.

I agree with this. I understood your intent.

Then why bring up the Jester possibility at all? Couldn't you have just wondered that to yourself? GF's play the last few pages has been somewhat bizarre, I'll give you that, but I think throwing out the Jester card is just as distracting as having a Jester in the first place

 

And btw, that's not the only reason I think you're scum. That comment you made about my meta still doesn't sit right with me, as there really is no good response to that kind of comment

 

Concerning the Jester part, maybe you are right. Consider it a case of thinking out loud. Sometimes I need to type/say something to ponder it better.

 

On your meta concern. I find it pretty natural for you to respond the way you did. Shin's response to it was interesting though.

 

TBH, EP's meta is striking me more than yours. I haven't seen any crazy game play from him yet (no emo, no wild theories). But he's been hit pretty hard about it and I'm still wondering if he is curbing his play because of pressure or because he is scum and doesn't want to be lynched early.

 

After initially fos'ing me for meta, then coming at me for a few posts, he suddenly starts buddying up to me. Ping.

Just wanted to note this, I said that the last two people who voted after the deadline might deserve looking at, and it just so happens to be people I had scum reads on (strong in Peace's case, faint in NotBob's). Peace already admitted he was one of them after I had first suggested the idea, but still it should be noted. Mafia would want us to lose our freebie so that they can continue to generate confusion and hope that we have to pile on to a late lynch at the end.

 

Now Kae pointed out that I was the last vote that counted, but incidentally if I WAS mafia, I could have easily waited one more minute to make my post (I submitted mine at 4:00 exactly after waking up that afternoon, didn't realize how close I was cutting it lol). Either way I just want to acknowledge that this isn't necessarily the most damning piece of evidence, since it's possible that they just woke up late or something.

 

Has Rand posted day 2 yet? Rand are you hiding? I've seen you all over DM today.
