Darthe, youre wielding your "innocence" like a sword. No one here besides yourself and others with the same "roles" has any way of knowing you are telling the truth. You are throwing FoS around hoping it will stick. You're whole self sacrifice is pinging majorly. You keep pushing lynching you to prove peace, but the townie safe play would be to lynch peace to prove you. But since peace was already close to a lynch it looks like you may be trying to keep heat off of him.

IF one were to be sacrificed to "vet" the other one, it would be Peace. Plain and simple, but WHY? And why drag it out with all this hooplah like it's some big deal? What are you trying to hide Darthe that's so important? I'm sure others have powers that are triggered by another characters' conditions. This is based on FF-- it's perfectly possible. But at the same time, this doesn't necessarily have to be a town-centric (looking for a good word...) ability(?). The mafia could just as well have a power that counters a town players'. That's that. Now stop regurgitating the same crap.

Rand, but you still shouldn't "actively lurk". The "pro-town" thing to do is go back and find something new to bring to the table. Spam is spam. Spam doesn't help prove you're town. Mafia likes to spread confusion/chaos, spam is just that and it's disorganized for my thoughts. Thanks.

Rand, your last post didn't exactly wow me I must say. Seems like you're trying to oversimplify the case on Darthe to help justify your vote on him. I mean, it would be one thing if you had FOS'd him a while ago or something. But the timing, it just seems too convenient. Maybe if you go a little further in explaining why you think Darthe is a good choice for a lynch today. Right now Darthe seems at worst a misguided townie.

Anyway, it's looking to me like Rand is flopping like a fish out of water. Not really been contributing to the game, then when called on it, makes a vote and a halfhearted reason to explain it on the train that's just taken off - Darthe. Add to that the fact that he earlier admitted that he was actively upping his post count without contributing to the game (which Jack pointed out), and I'd say you've got someone who's trying to be noticed, but not noticed at the same time. Noticed for being active, but trying to avoid contributing to the game. Which makes me think that there's something here. Vote: Rand.

Meh, Rand has done nothing to disquiet the growing suspicion I'm feeling against him. His fluff posts, which was a self admitted post count raiser, and his following collapse and floundering is teh scummy.

This could be seen as a subtle derailment. So you are saying if people find people scummy they shouldn't vote if others are also of the same oppinion. You are making me confident with my vote.

I don't know if a few silly posts are enough to make me think Rand is Mafia. I don't like Darthe's noble self sacrifice when anyone with half a brain would agree that if he wants a same type of role scenario testing by lynching someone, you lynch the person who says they don't have an active role anymore. If Darthe still has an alleged counter to take out an alleged mafia then surely we need him alive? Of course we only have Darthe's word that he is the counter to ultimabobbin, for all we know he could actually be that character himself. He did say he knew for certain that character was in the game after all.

 

Rand I think was not far of the money to say that people who offer to be lynched for the common good are often seen as Towny - because of their noble sacrifice. But it should only ever be a last resort and a roled Townie should never offer to do this. I don't see what was so bad about Rand pointing this out.

The other thing that struck me as interesting is Mynd giving an explanation. That just seems so un-Myndlike. And he has confirmed that he is not working on his own, although he says he is a Mason. This confirmation of another group/partnership, allegedly in addition to the Mafia Team makes me nervous - especially with all the talk previous of multi factions/mafia teams.

I love the rhetoric you ate trying to push btw. To suggest that I should stop throwing words in people's mouths would imply that it's a trend this game. Not only that, he is setting up for a potential lynch tomorrow. He seems to feel that Rand will flip town and that means that I must be scum. First of all, why me out of that group? And with nothing explaining why he feels that way. Why not Peace, or Jack, or Despo? I used the same reasons that they did, pretty much. Jack and Peace voted after I did. And second, how is he so confident that he thinks Rand will flip town? The only certainties in mafia come from the scum team.
