That is why BH being mafia would work.  In advanced he is expected to be gone.  Here he has a chance.

 

EP's flip will not tell us how Hoofy flips.  We can speculate how other players will flip based on their interactions with him, but it will be exactly that - speculation.  I don't like how you are linking Hoofy and EP at this point.

first I'd like to point out the people who cast initial suspicion have been lying low ever since Yes Ishy has had a bit of activity but Key initial tried to force me into a no win situation with her so your gonna vote ishy but not take any credit if he flips town which I didn't bite, I had accepted my lynch before ever commiting to an even joke vote on Ishy for the hoof thing I was almost forcing people to vote me, the only reason Ive so adamantly revealed that I'm a vanilla towny is so you can read peoples responses and judge who to use finder on based on that (I suspect there have been a few minor pings while I was building suspicion that people have been ignoring to get me lynched) I want you to note those suspicions and bite on them once I flip day one can be a lot more telling than you guys realise. take the Lilkat game that just ended Turin was telling the truth up through day 2, the mafia were givin a way to recruit Turin and cover it up because I hinted at being a body guard subtly (obviously a false claim) I did not expect a recruit from the mafia but I did draw the kill to give Turin another day to use sensor (though in the long run slowed down the game as Turin got recruited) but subtle plays to get people to crack work just as well as big risk plays like the one I took you just got to attempt to get the ball rolling and what do you know the ball rolls.

I'm not sure if you consider me as one of those who "cast initial suspicion" on you but if you do I assure you I'm still around

you assume the mafia on your lynch will be obvious somehow? who's to say they'll even join it now that you've explained your ingenious plot?

no need to answer, it was a rhetorical question and besides the point really

which is that if this sort of thing actually worked you'd see it much more often

the fact is that traps of this nature so early in the game generally do nothing more than confuse people

if you're telling the truth hopefully you don't try this again

you're taking it as a given that we have a cop

it's just as likely we have a tracker or a couple masons instead

 

aside from that your reveal hurts the town

if you really are town now the mafia know you're not a power role and if they're clever will probably try to shift focus away from you and onto another townie, possibly the cop you seem so sure is in the game

on the off chance you're not lynched it also means they'll have less townies to choose between to find power roles when nightkilling

 

the fact is nothing you've done helps the town in any way

well Nol now you should watch who jumps off my lynch and who tries to push another day one candidate in all honesty the only way for the mafia to escape blatently revealing who they had on the lynch at this point is to stay on as with your argument taking away their other option by you flat out saying it and no I did not count you I forgot you were voting me we wont get any mafia dropping my train at this point but no mafia will try to push another train either their only out is sealing the deal on me without anymore of them jumping on me if possible or letting it go random

LOL well the majority of y'all's posting the last few pages occurred between the hours of 4AM and 10AM for me. Which is sleep time. (I don't always sleep that late, but I didn't have to work today, so I did :D).

That was one of the most epic deaths ever. I LOL'd so hard, was very difficult to type out the death scene.

 

 

EP is pinging hardcore to me, but at the same time, I think all the pings are coming from EP trying to stir the pot, get the game going. I have the feeling he probably is vanilla town, but the way he's reacted to the votes he's gathered isn't very town-ish...so I'm unsure as to what I'm doing with my vote.

Well a) I would have asked that even if I wasn't voting you. Besides, I would be willing to bet (and Ironeyes above, basically agreed) that a lot of people either didn't understand or didn't read it because of the solid block of text. Punctuation exists for a reason . It's the difference between "i helped my uncle jack off a mule" and "I helped my Uncle Jack, off a mule." after all.

 

and b) LOL. What a catch 22 you've put the people in your train on. The way you're wording it, we're mafia if we jump off, and we're mafia if we stay on. What else are we supposed to do?
