It has ever been the pastime of man to contemplate the future, and as The Dark Monocle let his thoughts drift toward his, a smile began to form at the corner of his mouth. He envisioned a future where ubiquitous overconfidence led many astray, where fear and suspicion led to others ruin, and where sheer madness took the rest over the side of a cliff. His smile widened.

Automatons scurried over the airship, though these were not disguised.

"A few more problems solved, and this city will be mine", he thought. "Just a few more..."

Deftly handling the controls, he positioned the airship to hover over the landing field. Smaller craft could carry those aboard who wished to view his wonder, and he would send those down in due time. But for now, he leaned back and watched as individuals gathered beneath him to stare up. He leaned back and smiled fully. It would not be long now.

The only ones that should fear the Airship are the Mafia team.

 

This one pined. Why would only the mafia team fear to enter an airship filled with automatons? I think it has been made abundantly clear that someone is turning players into automatons. It's been discussed ad nauseum. Looks like cult central to me.

the way the flavor scene is worded implies to me scum killed Basel

he wasn't killed for information but to frame imo

 

w-w-what??? :huh: im with wombat- the wording is very much team-neutral. could have been a vig, sk or mafia.

 

i have learned to not make assumptions on the alignment of a vote-stealer.... *facepalm* you should learn from my mistakes and not make an assumption about someone who shoots people.

 

Well that badly done, someone really wanted Basel dead as well.

also I really enjoy games within games

if this is another "fast" game like in the vampire game I'd love to be a part of it

half the vamp team died in that lol, and they were helpless to stop it

Then surely hopefully it WILL be one of those fast games ... Clearing out half of the Mafia Team seems like a good idea to me.

 

We probably should have just done this day 1, but
