I agree the post after Songs death pinged, but i've seen both scum and town make those types of posts. is there anythign else that makes you so sure he's scum?

 

 

Yes ... not 100% sure, but if you had seen it you would have been narrow eyed and suspicious and wanting to test his reactions to a vote, which is what I did.

 

His post seemed forced and over done, like he felt he 'should' say something like that.

 

Also ... I look fabulous in red, but better in blue :)

 

Having two strong voting trains will yield information however, I am not prepared to capitulate on my strong feelings that Basel finds himself on a mafia team that is not helping or supporting him. At the moment I think there is a sufficient amount of time for other people to take one of the trains to its ultimate conclusion.

 

And my style is marvellously different this game - I am SteamPunk Ithillian. This is my native language and dialect and I am delighting in using it to its full advantage for once. I think I may even remain Steampunk Ithillian in all of my future games because I am enjoying it so much.

 

I agree with this statement. Having 2 large trains is good once we can analyze them after the coroner report.

 

 

 

I thought about that as well, Key, but I think it is probably a PM vote, so it could be used by someone trying to throw suspicion on an entire train. I think we'll have a better handle on it later in he game when trends start showing.

I waited to vote because I wasn't sure how I felt about the Basel vote. While I don't particularly like his overdefensiveness, I've been in that position. You get stuck on what you want and no one listens, and they lynch you for being obsessive. As far as the original vote - I don't really think his statement was all that "damning" in particular and like meesh commented, there's been an awful lot of sheeping onto his train.

 

I still think Maw's responses have been odd, but that could be because I have thought he was mafia in every game I've played with him.

 

Ithi is pinging me too, Red (I can't believe we agree on something).

 

I don't like Verbal's vote.

 

As far as the Des vote, I don't know if I agree with everything that Womby posted as being scumtells. However, as someone tried to kill him last night and he was against Des from the start, vote Des.

 

How in the world does this help you make a decision? A SK could have targeted Wombat. A vig. A deflection. He could be lying. Whatever the actual reason, this can't possibly be supporting evidence for a vote.

I didn't realize that Basel was a new player. I don't play here as much as I used to, so I don't know who's new and who isn't unless I've personally played with them. I'm going to keep my vote there for now, because of what Red said. If he's played enough to know better than to be so defensive, he could be using it deliberately. At this point, it looks like it's going to come down to Basel or Des and I'm good with either lynch.

What I mean is, both are acting sketchy, both are likely to end up dead within the next few days. If we lynch one, then the other can be looked at during the night, and then killed the next day. A lot will be learned from lynching either. I just don't get why there is a massive train on both, and if someone would just budge, we could lynch them and GET THE INFO. instead of messing around.

I agree that either train will yield info at this point. And that either would be a good lynch. At this point, I'm going to base my vote on one item. The fact that Basel is new makes me willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. A lot more willing than you lot appear to be anyway. Personally, I'm a little disappointed by how willing all of you are to mercilessly harass and torment someone not as skilled at this as most of you are.
