Sorry I haven't been around folks. I was sick last week and just kinda pulling the required amount of activity wherever I was.

 

At first I was all for Christine's claim of not knowing teammates. Makes sense to me that there would be some like that in the game no matter what. Unaligned or aligned. But then all this weird claiming came.... Looking back, I pretty much saw it EXACTLY like Aemon on the Christine issue. Christine seemed to be floundering to me and was worth a lynch. It is quite possible that Christine was a Stump... but whatever, I want to see an official vote count though. Just in case she's not, and is hoping to get votes cast elsewhere,

And I think that Stumps are essentially dead but can still talk. I'm not sure about that but that's what I thought. Which means she'd be dead to her team I'd guess, but still have game influence. The walking dead as it were.... I say burn her with fire.

Ok, I believe one point Christine is making. I have no clue who is in my faction and I do belong to a faction - not cult and not unaligned survivor. The rest, I'm not so sure if I'm buying. I've had a massive migraine all day yesterday and really need to go reread through the current day so far before voting. I don't think I'm going to have time before work, so I'll try to do it sometime this afternoon.

Was trying to attract a kill during the night, and hoping that someone was watching me and would see who was out there killing. Good job, people. That is your punishment. Let's all continue with having three kills a night. At least if someone had been watching me, we had a chance of taking out a killer.

 

Christine, this doesn't make sense. A watcher would have seen player x visit you. As you would not have died, the watcher would have had no clue what role player x used on you....just that they visited you.

 

Also, the tree stump hasn't been used on DM in a VERY long time. You can't blame folks for not buying it. Hell, I'm not even sure I still buy it, so there you have it.

I'm voting for Christine, and my vote's gonna stay there. I'd like to test her claim, cus I really don't think that she can't be killed. Means she automatically wins, and I call BS on that, because that defeats the purpose of playing the game, if you know you can't lose at the start.

I may have looked over it, but do we KNOW Christine's name will disappear from the votes list? Instead of her reaching a majority resulting in a "no lynch"?

 

That being said, I'll place my vote on her if it doesn't. We need to know this before we can continue.

I dunno how Wombat would do things but if I were to use a Tree Stump they wouldn't be allowed to vote or be voted (ie I'd have taken all those votes off of her)

Normally I'd agree, but I'm leaning towards testing Christine simply because of the flawed logic in her "plan".

I don't see why not - she didn't reveal as a bomb or anything, and Wombat's removal from the votecount objectives does support her claim as a tree stump. I'm just unsure as to whether the votecount changes isn't something else with her role. Dunno.

 

At this point, we might as well have somebody hammer just to end the distraction this will inevitably cause.

I don't think we are going to get clarification on this-we have to decide whether or not the risk of lynching her is worth a no kill or not. At the very least, she is revealed once and for all. I might regret this later, but Vote Christine.
