I played that really, really, really, really badly. Sorry about that. I probly did more to convince you I was scum than otherwise.

Look at the people who were quite inactive other than their vote, who didn't explain their reasoning well or just cited someone else's, or didn't explain their vote at all.

That is not what I said. I was defending my actions from the day phase. Watch, I can extrapolate bull crap just like you. You must obviously be scum, because I find it suspicious when someone tries to blatantly flip what someone is saying on them. See? I can come up with random unfounded accusations too. It's not that hard, but it this case was feigned on my part. And it's kind of funny how both you in red somewhat fir into the category I described. Oh well. I'm sure that's just another coincidence. :rolleyes:

When you wake up, you feel sick with dread. It's probably too much to hope for that no one has died during the night. The problem disappearing would be nice, but you doubt it. None of the murderers have been punished thus far, and what reason have they to stop killing now?

 

Sure enough, as you make your way out of your house and toward the center of the village, you notice a knot of people off to one side, looking at something on the ground and murmuring worriedly.

 

You aren't sure you want to know, but you feel obligated to find out. So you push your way through the people until you see what it is they are muttering about. There, you see Ryan, the farrier, with a bottle of whiskey in his hand and a drunken smile on his face. Another smile decorates his neck, with dried blood staining his shirt.

 

You just grimace tiredly now. At least it wasn't as gruesome a death as before. Ryan had to have made it easy for the murderers, drowning himself in drink after losing his business partner the night before and stumbling around the village in the middle of the night. At least he wouldn't have been entirely aware of what was happening to him.

 

Still, you feel a growing desperation as you look around at your dwindling numbers and realize the murderers are untouched. How many more can you lose before a bloodbath ensues? How many more villagers will die before you root out the criminals responsible for this tragedy?

 

PAPERBLADE, RYAN (Farrier)--VANILLA VILLAGER is dead.

 

It is now Day 3.

 

With 8 alive, it takes 5 to lynch.

 

Deadline is Friday, December 23rd at 4 PM CST.

really MCS?? explain how i fit into that category? i quoted the main reason why i was okay with a Maw vote & said that i'd vote him for a majority. i would have preferred a Nol vote for stated reasons, but that didn't pan out.

 

 

sounds liek your reaching, and FoS for trying to connect two people just because they see your post for the scumminess it is.

And furthermore, do you have a problem with consolidation? I just stated that I dislike random lynches, and so would I not do everything in my power (not much) to avoid a random lynch? No, I didn't really see a good case on you. No, you would not be who I would lynch if I could. Were you the only person likely to get lynched before the deadline? Yes.

Maw makes a good point. Nol took the quote as being directed at him, but i think it was obvious it was directed at BG considering it was posted soon after BG came in and blatantly stated he wouldnt be voting er-go "deliberately letting the lynch go random"

 

i'm pointing this out because Nol and Maws reaction were the main forces behind the Maw lynch. with MCS subtely pushing the lynch from the side lines.

 

 

I still don't understand what it is you want me to comment on so if you could make that clearer that'd be great

 

mainly your play style change D1 and your reaction to the Levity lynch. how you didn't want her lynched, then the reluctant vote for her lynch.

To be fair Maw, you failed to SAY who that statement was even directed toward. Because, in a different way, that comment you made was near Nol. Sure he probably assumed it was said to him, but again you didn't exactly direct it toward anyone. I'm not as much defending him as I am noticing the blunt use of your words, which I think were uncalled for, and seemed shadily off.

 

i agree the wording was harsh, but i want to point out how your making Maw look scummy for jumping to conclusions while at the same time ignoring Nol's jumping to conclusions as well. i dunno if this was intentional or if you just focused on Maw because of the harshness of his words.

Of course. Maw's most recent statement made me think of two possibilities as to why he said what he did.

 

1. That he is town, and is playing the sympathy card to shake the votes he has off of him.

 

2. That he is scum, is trying to do the same thing as in #1, and/or is trying to enact a mafia tactic of some sort wit the post.

 

I'm leaning toward #2, because if the first line in the post is supposed to justify the last, it makes no sense. Why wouldn't you just ask for a replacement then in that case? However, I'm not yet sure that my choice is correct, and that is why I FoSed him instead of voting for him.

 

thers this as well. i dont get why Maw would need to ask for a replacement. he got his games mixed up, and got lynched for it cause it caused mistakes and made him look scummy. why would a player need to be replaced for that.

 

 

aside from this, the FoS instead of a vote is scummy to me; especially since you were leaning towards the scum option out of your list of possabilities. feels liek you knew he would flip town and were trying to distance yourself on his lynch while at the same time trying to push his lynch.

So to make it clear I ended up putting my vote on Maw because I believe possibility #2 to be true now. Sorry for spamming the multiple posts. If only I could think of all these things at once lol

then we have this. i dislike several things about this post. the whole "i pushed his lynch but don't blame me cause i was wrong" stinks. then he shifts focus away from him in a attempt to be helpful (even listing that it gives him a better idea of who the scum are) yet he doesn't list who those are he woudl like us to focus on as scum.

 

then the underlined which imo sounds a bit much like he's trying to sound town and appearing to be helpful.

 

classic example of trying to lead the town without actually driving the car imo.

to the underlined - why feel the need to defend your actions? we all agree that Maw had scummy actions, someone had to be lynched and better to lynch someone who is scummy and gives us info than to let it go random. sounds like your trying to do damage control imo.

 

to the bold - how typical. link the only two people to call you out on a scummy post. yep, thats not a scumtastic move right there :rolleyes:

I'm not going to debate or defend myself anymore. I just felt like would be pressured for my D2 actions is all, which was the reason for my initial post. I was only responding to you and Boyo pinging me, which I felt was because of the description I gave of who people, in my opinion, should look at. I was being sarcastic in that one post where I had the eye rolling smiley, because I don't think either of you are scum, just that You're not looking in the right place.

Hi everyone. I was kinda following this game but we reread it for real now. Before that even happens tho I am already suspicious of BG since he killed me twice in one day last week. :angry:

 

Plus since he was already town once in this game he must be mafia now. :happy:
