Fair enough. What do you think of my proposal on lynching an inactive on D1? Given the size of this game, it stands to reason that there won't be too many inactives, and there is usually a lurking scum in the early game. If nothing else, just us talking about it can bring them to post and potentially mess up, revealing their identity.

 

I think inactives are the way to go tbh. They are just like mafia in so much as they are an anti town faction until they begin to post. I doubt mafia will be inactive but we can afford a mislynch because day 1s we usually hit town anyways.

True about the Day 1 usually hitting town. Due to the fact that only 2 of the 9 playing are scum it means there is a greater chance that if everyone was active we'd lynch town anyways. At least with one inactive down it means we can begin to filter out who is or isnt scum and work from there. Question is, which inactive do we go for first?

I went out to town for the last few hours. I did a re read when I got back to see if I saw anything off, but its day one. I just saw a lot of day one stuff. A few people posting just basic check in post. Wolf and Thorkin stood out most to me for fluff posts, but its early day one and I'm sure we all did or fair share of fluff, so I'm not holding it against them.

 

The little back and forth with Verbal and Jack, which did seem a little 'made up' to me, but that could just be their style. I haven't played with either of them enough to know how they play. And they are both the only real ones doing any game related posting yet, so I'm inclined to not lynch them just yet.

 

I agree going with dead weight is the best choice for day one since we have so little else to go on, but so far we've all been pretty active for the time zones we're in and only having a few hours since day one started.

 

I wish I had more to add, but its day one and after a reread I really didn't see anything that stood out other than what I mentioned above, which really is nothing. Hopefully we'll get more insight as the day goes on.

I hope that doesn't happen to me! I'm gonna be in bed in the next hour or two, then in the AM I have to go to town to pick my daughter up. I may not be on for the next 15 hours. Hopefully it will be before it, but it won't be before my 10am at the absolute earliest.

 

We have to keep in mind that its a fast game yes, but we have to keep in mind people do sleep and go to work.

I think time zones are probably the worst thing we have right now. Its 1:40 am here and i dont plan on staying up much longer. Hopefully something will have happened overnight and I can pick up on tomorrow, considering this has been a very random Day 1 and theres nothing really to go on
