Welcome, welcome, welcome!! No there is no need to know the "background material". These are ads that play A LOT on American TV, though I did try to get ones I was sure were national and not just regional ads, lol. Since I assigned all roles with random.org there's not a way to guess who I might make evil. But I would recommend at least youtubing your character when you get it just for a good laugh. If you guys want I can put a list of the characters up and you can youtube them all for hours of entertainment!
