Mal came racing into the cockpit. “What do we have, Wash?”

 

 

“It’s an alliance cruiser. Maximum 4 people on board. It looks like she took a heavy beating. She’s gonna have trouble making it home. We’re being hailed. They want us to dock”, Wash replied. “What should I tell them?”

 

“Tell them we’ll be happy to oblige and set course to dock”, Mal grabbed the intercom. “Everybody in the cargo bay. Now. We’re receiving a few guests.”

 

As the door opened, a large figure filled it, blocking the light coming in from behind. He then stepped forward and introduced himself. “My name is Admiral Charles Denton. My vessel has been damaged in a recent skirmish with those heathen Reavers. You will give me all the assistance I require and you will all come with me to the nearest alliance outpost where you will stand trial for smuggling. Unless, that is, you decide to change your ways and join the Alliance military to give restitution for your deeds.”

 

“I reckon you’ve got us confused with some other folks. We’re honest cargo haulers, sir”, Mal protested. “Why we have all our papers stamped and our log book is up to date. Feel free to check anything you like.”

 

“Oh, I will Captain. Your little friend has told me quite a bit about your operation”, responded Admiral Denton. At that moment a figure no one had noticed stepped out of the shadows.

 

“Badger,” Mal muttered under his breath. No wonder this Admiral was so hot to get them. Badger must have blamed them for everything including the civil war to try and save his own mangy butt. “Where is the rest of your crew, Admiral? If you don’t mind my asking.”

 

“I have all the crew I need, Captain,” he responded. The admiral then motioned toward the door and a third figure came onto the deck. A man everyone on board had thought dead in space some time ago. Jubal Early, the bounty hunter. “We’re here to stop you from preying on the Alliance, Captain Reynolds.”

 

Suddenly everyone had a gun out and pointed at someone else.

 

 

 

 

Rules

Rules are subject to change as needed. I'm the Mod... I reserve that right.

 

Do not quote PM’s from the Mod.

 

Days will last 3 days (72hrs) IRL; nights will last 2 days (48hrs) IRL. Weekends will count as ½ days.

 

Lynch will be by majority, if a majority is not reached by the deadline a random player will be killed.

 

No editing posts at all.

 

You can only talk off thread if you have been provided a QT board, otherwise, keep it on the thread.

 

You get one Blah post after death, but that’s it. Failure to observe this rule will result in mod kill of a teammate.

 

If players complain about spamming too much, the spammer will be warned 1 time. if the spammer continues to spam, the spammer will be Mod Killed!

 

Votes and Un-votes must be glowed. Votes must also be un-voted before you can vote again.

 

All questions need to be PMed to me, I will answer them in thread if I see them, but there is no guarantee of this.

 

Role, name & alignment will be revealed in death scene.

 

Lynches will be shown as a kill by the mafia in the death scene to maintain continuity with the characters and provide a better story and scene for all to enjoy.

This game is being run mainly for those people who would like to learn more about how to play by being "tutored" in game by one of our resident veterans. Any veterans interested in tutoring a player, please send me a PM. ALL players that are willing to learn how to step up their game and activity are welcome to sign up. This game will start close to the end of Wombat's game is the SG, so we have plenty of time to get new players to sign up here. Please tell a friend.

This game is being run to tutor newer players or players that would like to have an in-game tutor to help them learn the finer points of Mafia and increase the overall activity and quality of their game. Any veterans that are willing to tutor a player should send me a PM, please. I already have four that have volunteered, but I can always us more.

 

This game will start when the WoT Mafia in the SG run by Wombat is coming to a close. This should allow players to be free to put in intensive effort on this game.
