I'm with Ahmoon, I voted MCS to get the ball rolling and then everyone jumped on..

A little too quickly. If MCS is Mafia then Song will look like one too. Or it could be she knows MCS isn't mafia and so derails the lynch to make herself look innocent. Or she actually feels he is innocent and she is. for some reason, I still feel she is Mafia, gut feeling more than evidence and not something I feel enough to go after her.

 

The middle three are odd to me..Drew, Nyn and Player. I would say one of these is a good chance at being mafia.

 

so Mynd isn't around. I know he has been, so it would suggest a silence, or perhaps a fake silence. Has anyone else been silenced? Nae claimed she had, but then she turned out to be Mafia. I know the guys after claiming and then Key claimed (now Ahmoon) were silenced, but that was a game dynamic!

Look everyone, let's not get hasty. We have until Tuesday to get a lynch. If by then you still feel im scum, then lynch me, but let's hear from everyone first. And BG and Kill, what am I supposed to do when people accuse and vote for me? Not say a thing? Anyway, a LOT could change between now and Tuesday. You guys are better off being patient, and more than likely to lynch a mafia then, because you certainly won't be with this bandwagon. In fact, one person I haven't seen post AT ALL so far today is Mynd, and that's not like him. I have him on Skype and stuff, so I know he's been around and on the computer. I think he might possibly be silenced by some means. The reason I'm saying this is: maybe he got another visit from the snakes and has new info for us.

 

We can always unvote and change our votes if something dramatic comes up :) But in my opinion you have been acting pretty scummy (especially yesterday (gametime) and the last night, I'm not talking so much of today) so my vote stays, but if someone has something new intriguing information, I can change my vote.

 

And I really think this is somehow screwed if Mynd could visit those snakes all the time, as it would totally be against the books, unless Mynd is Slayer or someone else who knows how to enter the Tower of Ghandji (spelling), which seems a bit unlikely. And if he truly is silenced, then his information can't really help us today, so we shouldn't count on it :)

Some mods may not like you poking other players, Song. It could be considered off-thread communication about the game. In the future, if you have concerns about a player's activity, please bring them to my attention either on thread or via PM.

 

I understand what you were saying Wombat, but I remember her words exactly. I was saying that I wasn't as busy and she was like "So are you actually going to post in WoT mafia now?". No details were really discussed. But thank you for just giving her a warning.

Well thank you for being open to the suggestion Kill. And as for Mynd, yeah this game is based directly on the books, but as the Mod, and to make it more fun, Wombat could have changed it up a bit. But you are right about him not being Slayer for sure, sense this game only goes up through the characters of the sixth book. And yes, if Mynd is silenced his information would be useless today. However, he could then post it during the next day phase. The point I was trying to make was, a lynch that quick, whether against me or anyone, without it being early in the game and without any clear evidence, is just not logical. And from that, we should sit back and wait for others who have not posted yet to post, not just Mynd. His claimed snake tales have been true so far however.

He is silenced or he will claim it...we never did hear what his plan was from the previous night. have you not noticed how both letter's from the snakes were people who were very inactive. Funny they weren't any of the active mafia players. The more i think about it the more suspicious I get of him.

Oh sorry, I was in hurry and forget that you were part of the mason team (which still doesn't prove you as innocent, as technically you haven't been proven to be innocent (by cop), it's just your word).

But yes, there has been several silencings before, so Mynd wouldn't be the first one, but for few days there hasn't been anyone silenced, but maybe yesterday, I'll check that as soon as I get back to home..

Talya, since I cased Aust a while ago to see if we could find any more helpful tips from things he did/said....I know that he got silenced on day 2. I am sure more were silenced along the way but I'm to lazy to go dig it up. lol

He was fairly active till few nights ago, when Mynd asked him to busdrive Drew (if my memory serves me right), but after he was asked to use his ability, he disappeared.

 

Yes, I posted only like three or so times per day for the first couple of days, but I have been more active lately, mostly because things have become clearer: at the beginning there were so many players and so much going on, that I didn't have much to add nor did I have any real ideas who would have been scums (I didn't vote for the first two days if I remember correctly, because I didn't have any idea who to vote). But now as we are lot fewer I start to really get the overall picture of this game. And I have had something to say.

One factor for this has been that at the beginning of the game I had loads of school things going on, so I didn't have time to be here so much, but now I'm having easier period and can spend more time here.

Yay so I do have some impressions of this game which are right. Reading all those 57 pages, I have no idea how much of that helped me any.

csarmi, as for your question about MCS, I have to say I didn't have any opinion about him up until Mynd gave us the tip about a female scum that starts with the letter N (which incidentally is when he started being active in the game). So if you want to have an idea of what some of us are relying on, I suggest you go back to page 112 and read from there up until now. That's when Mynd dropped his clue. You're welcome to read before that too if you want, but you won't find much of anything about MCS from before that point. At least as far as I could see.

I can think of one reason: read the few days before yesterday and you'll notice he caused pretty much chaos and not everyone believed him innocent nor even roleblocker. So mafia might have though it's better to let him cause chaos and not reinforce his claim as innocent by making move against him. But I don't know.. Also there have been more important characters, like the Dragon Reborn (I don't know if key was silenced at all) or cop an so forth. But anyways, that's a good and valid question..

VERY good point. That's why I asked about a Cop viewing on him. I've gone from highly suspicious of Mynd, to pro-town, and now back to highly suspicious. He's done too much damage to scum for him to still be alive.

 

This is beginning to feel like a huge bussing job...
