I think it was really smart for the mafia to target Wombat on the first night; we all know how good of a player he is.

Right now, after reading, Nyn is sticking out to me as most scummy. She's been very active, true, but I've never seen her so active in a game before. She was the first to vote for MCS and who better to vote for than a non-mafia (in her mind), a bandwagon followed and Wombat voted for Nyn. I say she killed him in revenge.

UNVOTE, VOTE KRAK I wasn't saying just the first day, what have you posted before your name came up? Exactly. Right now you're all we've got to go on until we get more info.

As opposed to the other inactives? And yes, I did refrain from posting until today when I noticed my name was mentioned. I think that would get anyone's attention. Besides, I tend to be quiet the first few days of play - it's just a gameplay style.

Ever heard the expression "crocodile tears"? Crocodiles "shed tears" just before they go for the kill on something and the expression... "she shed crocodile tears" means she's acting all upset about something to hide that shes really pleased that "at least there were no mafia dead". Add the little sad smiley to show how concerned she was that the poor widdle vanillas died and it sets off my radar.

It's like shes trying too hard to say "Hey, I'm town over here!!" Red is a devious one and comments like that always set me watching her more closely.

you & Nyn are making a big production out of nothing which pings my radar heavily. i was on an unexpected, extended LOA over the thanksgiving weekand and am just now chatching up on all the games i'm in. i have to do a re-read of both this game & Alanna's (not complaining, just clarifying) in between cleaning house and preping for the holidays (i have to decorate both my work and house by myself bassically cause my stupid co-worker is all anti christmas to get out of the responsability).

i was only voicing my relief on not having lost a rolled player, which i'm sure all except the scum were glad about. if you find that scummy, maybe it's because your not relieved about not losing a roled player. leading a lynch on me over that non-sense will only implicate yourself, so go ahead and make my day. just mind your P&Q's and hope that you don't have anything case worthy in this game for me to quote once i get done with my re-read this week

lol First of all, how many games did you play with me exactly to say I've never been this active, Krakypoo? ;) You're lying. I only just picked up playing mafia. So it's premature of you to actually have some sort of pattern of activity on me.

secondly, how can you actually accuse me of starting a bandwagon when you posted right after me, voting for the same person? If nothing else I made one vote on a person who had no other votes to him, while you and others turned it into a bandwagon.

And thirdly, there were quite a few people that voted for me on day one when it was touch and go between me and MCS. So claiming that I would take down Wombat as revenge is a seriously desperate move. You're grasping at straws, mate. and if you looked suspicious before, you've just proven to be scum in my eyes by your reaction.

I vote Krak.

As the sun goes down you hear shots being fired followed by a scream. By the time you get there, the fighting is done. The only thing left is a leather strap recognizable as Jayne's belt

Krak, Jayne Cobb, Vigilante, has been killed.

Well how's that for a vote count?

Seems like you guys would have done better to lynch a non-active than someone who's one of the 4 actually playing. I'm not sure which side I'm on so, Go Game!

I feel like we're being picked off here.. *sigh* Every time a character dies I think of Wash and the deep hurt during Serenity. :madmyrddraal:

On a side note: I just got my best friend to watch the whole uber long super fantastic series and movie

Sorry Krak...

Town, we need a gameplan. And quick. This scum is irritating.

This sucks. Day 3 and I still have absolutely no suspicions. Or rather, everyone still seems equally suspicious to me.

And we have a cult. Boo.

I really thought I had it right with Krak :/

I don't know what way to turn right now. I'll do a reread and see if I can come up with something. Will post tomorrow.

Nyn

Posted

First off, sorry for the recent inactivity on the last day. It's the last week before finals, so I've had some trouble finding the time to post. I'm going to devote more time to mafia now that I've got things more or less straightened out.

Second, it seems we have a cult AND an evil killing role/group out there. I'm guessing SK as opposed to mafia - cult and mafia would be overkill. Either way, we need to get down to business.

Third, speaking of getting down to business, the thing that stuck out to me was what Nae mentioned about earlier. Players who overreact to death scenes are often mafia who want to hammer in their own innocence. This is actually a reasonable tell. That being said, I don't think Red's post was much of an overreaction, but her reaction to Nae and Nyn poking her stuck out to me. They had fair points, and Red was fairly defensive.

So, VOTE: RED

Posted

Well, Red pinged me a couple of times in this game, so I am okay going with a vote for her. Or at least, as okay as I can be with it.

VOTE RED
