DD has a knocker on his door??  i could be wrong but i thought it was a gargoyle statue gaurding his office.  will have to go back and look in GoF to see if he has a knocker on his door.  it's the part where harry first dives into the pensive.

 

if your referrancing one of the movies ... i wouldn't.  Hollywood has gotten alot of things wrong in HP and skipped 75% of the story so far.

Verbal, I do what I think is right regardless of whether or not it may look scummy.  My earlier statement was a bit too absolute.  Obviously I would prefer not to look scummy, but I don't worry overmuch if I do.

I'm following the pages and I get the arguments, but I hate this random voting, too. We're not getting anywhere duplicating what happened before. (I.e. one vote here and another there.) Major defensiveness from Wombat, Adella and Boopsy. (Of course, having Mynd jump down your throat would do that to you.  ::) ) I feel someone else is slipping under the radar here, though... pun intended.  ;)

He is definitely reading the posts, and watching the game, but posting little of substance as normal.  Also, he was the first to restart this Boopsy bandwagon.  Not sure I disagree with it per se, but he was pretty quick with that and is otherwise laying low.  With Thorum calling him out, he suddenly arises.  Interesting indeed.

 

Verby, we should lynch you right now for your blatant inactivity.  What gives?  You show up and cry about people taking things so seriously.  Why so inactive in this game?  Don't say its because there is so much to read because we all know you have been keeping up with every word.  So then...why Boopsy?  Why not Wombat or Som1Else?  Why not YOU?!

 

There are too many players laying low.  Since we don't have to reach a majority for a player to get lynched, I sense a lot of scum not voting so they don't appear shady.  Perhaps we should look closer at the not-voting list for our list of scum.  I mean, the mafia don't care who we lynch as long as its not one of them, right?

Okay, since I'm being so defensive for just answering when people address me, I will just not do it unless I feel like it ::)

 

Also, the most scummy-McScummerson thing to me for someone to do is post a vote without their own reasoning. Just saying "I agree with _____" and voting is like saying "hey, I'm a lemming, lead me off a cliff because you know how to make a case" for a townie, and it's what the scum wants. You can bet that the scum have at least one player who knows how to make a good case, and others that will eventually try if you don't listen to the first, and they will try to lead the town on a wild goose chase, so to speak.
