Pookie and Ty could be scum, but I am not sure. They took my vote as an excuse to vote for someone else. IF we find out Talya is not  LLL, and Pete is innocent, then those two we should look at. :)

I voted for Limi before Talya revealed.  Just pointing it out since someone got the order of events  mixed up.  :P  I wonder about Tynaal myself.

 

I always think Pete's guilty, so I tend to not vote for him until I have more than gut feelings to go on.  I'd change my vote now, but deadline's past and he's lynched, so it would just be one more blur of red for Meesh to ignore later.  :P

Sorry for the long wait, folks...  When I originally set the deadline I wasn't supposed to go into work until 3 hours after it fell.  But the other day they asked me to come in a couple hours early for today, so the deadline fell too close to when I had to get ready for work.

 

Sorry about that, real life sucks sometimes no matter WHAT we do to keep it from interfering. :D

Day passed quickly in a village a few hours’ ride from Belisaere, the great city and capital of the Old Kingdom.  The village was near enough to Belisaere to know that the Dead troubled it not; water and the Abhorsen saw to that.  It was also near enough to be neglected, too close to home to be given much thought.  The far reaches of the Kingdom cried out to the Abhorsen and she went, but this village would have to wait for her to arrive in Belisaere once more before they could be sure of a final freedom from their troubles.

 

The villagers gathered near the inn, a common and popular stopping place for travelers heading to and from Belisaere; it was empty now, or nearly so.  No one wanted to brave the roads.  The villagers were afraid of whatever Dead thing was stealing their lives away, but brave and determined to find it if they could, and do whatever was in their power to keep it at bay until real help arrived.

 

They all looked at one another, reluctant to cast accusations or place blame on people they knew.  It was some time they stood and chatted idly, hoping something would happen, before one person stepped forward and pointed a finger at a man.  He was one of them; he’d lived there for many years and there was nothing remarkable about him.

 

The woman proclaimed that he was causing their problems; she didn’t know that he was a Dead thing himself, but she had spied on him and seen him doing some pretty bad things.  People didn’t know whether to laugh or cry over this news, but as the night was fast approaching they realized they had nothing else to go on.  They advanced on him; suddenly his face turned angry and the spell dropped away--he was not the man they thought he was, he was someone else, taller, with the bandolier strapped across his chest carrying the bells of a necromancer.  The people cried out in fear but surged forward bravely with knives and shovels, overwhelming him before he could utter a free magic spell.  In scant moments he was lying lifeless and bloody on the ground.  The people were afraid of what might happen if they hadn’t truly killed him, so they removed his bells, to be buried later, and then burned his body.

 

His hand twitched, and some people cried out in fear, but the rest of him didn’t move; and a tiny sliver of metal appeared under the skin of one of his fingers.  It trembled faintly, of its own will, or so it seemed, but it did no more and after a moment it was lost in the flames.

 

Pete, Hedge, Cult Leader, has been killed.

 

It is now Night 3.  It will last until Monday, February 8th at 10 PM Central time.

Okay to be completely honest. I had absolutely no reason for voting for her.. I just remember a comment to the beginning seeming suspicious to me and so I went on that. Pete always seems suspicious.. So I didnt bother to go on my hunch there.

Before anyone says anything, I did say I get either INNOCENT and NOT INNOCENT. It doesn't tell me what roles they play. But at least he was anti town!

 

Looking a the results it makes you wonder if there is any mafia and just cult instead!! Don't worry I'm not going to rely on that, it was just a thought as I read the first page!

locke, the cult basically wins when they've met a recruiting quota or somethign like that.  they can't kill (well normally) and can only recruit once per night cycle.

sorry i wasn't much help, was superbowl weekand and held a saintsation party at my house ;)  DEW DAT!!!  plus its my 8yr anny today so i've been a bit buisy.
