Arani, here's a tip:

 

Put at lease 1 new lesson up every week. You can do them closer together too (which I would recommend strongly, since this is a 6 part lesson and would otherwise take months).

 

Everyone has 2 weeks (can be a bit lenient there) to post in each lesson, but they MUST move from lesson 1 to 6, not hop around.

 

This way, each person can move within their own time limitations. Slower posters don't hold up faster ones, etc.
