Hi. I am the Barmacral. I have nothing to add, as I haven't read the game thread yet. Anyone want to send me a message catching me up on what has happened so far?

So far in the game Peace and Min raced to be first lynched and Min won.  Lily and Dragon had a spat about who's tricking who, kinda quit, kinda unquit, then decided family was stronger than teh mafia. 

 

Welcome to the game and sorry to hear about Ronnie.  We lost Leon early so I know how you feel.  Always next year. ::)

You all wake up - save for two people, who suddenly appear to be in need of resurrection.

 

Meesha and Jeran are dead.

 

They may not now post in the game thread, but may post in the underworld thread.

 

Also, Min was a Resurrector Townie.

 

Finally, three people voted to resurrect Minuet. As six people minimum were required to vote in order for a resurrection to take place, Min is still dead and awaiting resurrection.

 

It is now Day! Get lynching!

 

(With 9 alive, it takes 5 to lynch).

I didn't vote. I wanted to make sure she was innocent. Simple as that, and the whole town agreed to that.

Exactly.  I didn;t vote as well because we agreed to wait for a coroners report.

Back to the two deaths. That is a shame and it seems that there are two teams out there or one team and a vigilante!

 

I also think that Dragon taking his vote off Min at the last minute was a little odd. Luckily we had enough for a lynch, otherwise we would have had a no lynch. I think it was a bad move on his part, whether he is mafia or not!

 

Now if three did vote for min, they can't all be mafia! We would be doomed already if there is.

 

The other thing I thought of was, what if we are all innocent and the only way there is mafia is if people are ressurected.

Talya, the only votes that count to ressurect someone are those of innocents. Or that is at least how I understood it from the OP.

 

I am not playing with any crazy theories in mind, until we have evidence of them. All they could do is confuse the game play.

Yeah, I'm concerned about the two deaths, too. I guess it makes sense, though. If the mafia killed one person per night, and we resurrected one every day, that would make for a very long game, slanted too much in our favor.

 

I guess I didn't understand about the coroner's report part, or I forgot. I've had a lot of RL stuff going on this week. Well, a lot of online stuff, too, actually. I'll try harder to give the game more attention.

Dragon, I see what you mean about them being innocent, I thought everyone voted, my bad! However the fact that nearly everyone said they didn't vote, still means people are lying. I think that we all innocent and only those ressurected will be mafia! Of course we can't test this theory, as we don't know the alignment of those that die! And if we ressurect those that do die, we can't prove what they came back as neither.

 

What happens though if we don't resurrect anyone?

Talya, only four people have claimed not to vote to resurrect Min - you, DS, Crusher, and Rey. Well, five, I guess, because I didn't vote either. That still leaves several people that might've voted for her.

I'll go crawl under a bush for a few days then come back out and actually read that post properly. I had read it three times and I still thought that there was only 6 people left... *sighs*

LOL it's cool I had to go back and check too, because I couldn't remember :D Also, I'm not sure, if Meesha and Jeran voted before they were killed, would their resurrection votes count? Maybe they were one of the ones that voted.

I want to address what Min said in the other thread. I think that was the plan. I think I just got too distracted by life to think things through. I guess on some level I thought that if you turned out to be lying, we could just lynch you again. Once that formed into an actual thought, I see the stupidity of it.......lol.

 

I'll let somebody else handle the vig post.....lol. I don't know what to think, except to know that the game can't be set up for us to bring them back as fast as they are killed.

I'm thinking the mafia gets two kills per night to balance the game out.

Good call Peace and something to consider.  Pandy has to balance the game and that would be a reasonable course.  Less likely but possibley we could have a serial killer as well, or in lieu of.

Okay, it's daytime again, and I guess we ought to be deciding who to lynch or whatever. We also need to decide if we're bringing Min back tonight. She's the only one whose alignment we know so far. If that was our criteria for not voting her back last night, then she's our only choice tonight. Right? Or am I still not grasping this? So, what does everybody think?

It was understood at least by me we would bring Min back if she was clean upon discovery.  As far as who to lynch Im not quite decided for today.  Peace seems ok even though my analysis says otherwise.
