When you reply, there's the icons of bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough starting from the left top row.  Glow is the G to right of strikethrough (because it's glowing).

 

My damn work computer doesn't display glows, probably because of the version of IE or something.  >:(  Only my home computer does.
