Summer!!

Recommended Posts

I just want to inform everyone that summer has now officially come to London!

It may rain again in a couple of days, but for now it is 25*C (high 70s) and absolutely BRILLIANT outside!

Sometimes I just LOVE this city!

wish it would stay in the high 70's here in the summer lmao

i love that type of weather!!  75-85 F is beautiful weather; especailly with a slight breeze and no humidity.  good weather to go outside and read a book under a tree  *la-sigh*

don't you love it, on the first really nice days of spring/sumemr; when the sun is nice and toasty on your skin and the weather is just slightly cold enough to still wear a light jacket.  the feel of the suns rays on your face, you can feel them glowing on yer skin and throughout yer body.

i love days like that *looks off in a dream state and day-dreams*

Yep, back home in SoCal it isn't really summer until it's over 100F and you're wishing you could take off your clothes as well as your skin.   :)

Over here, it's been raining.  :(  At least it isn't snowing anymore.

It's been warm here for weeks. Today I took my Applied Problem Solving class outside and we played Settlers of Cataan for an hour and a half.  It's perfect weather right now.

Of course, it's going to rain tomorrow. But tomorrow is International studies and we're making Italian, so we'll be in the kitchen anyways. Who cares?

While the weather is extremely nice here in London, it's no fun at all. I'm either stuck in my university library or at home revising. Not fair at all. And knowing "British Summers", there will be a twist somewhere. You just need to look at all the floods we got last summer.

But at least it was nice enough to play cricket yesterday!  8)

And today London became massively humid too. I went jogging and I thought I was gonna die from the humidity.

At least it's good clothes drying weather.

(And yes, this post was mainly a means for me to brag about my jogging :P)

True, but it looks like this nice weather is going to continue! Perfect cricket weather...if the opposition bother to turn up!

Not because the weather is better. Just because she needs to come to London :P

Wembley is actually surprisingly unhumid. Plus, we had a crazy freak rainfall yesterday, just as I was getting off the tube. Seriously bad timing, weather-wise. I got soaked! Good times :P
