I'm starting to think that each mafia is going for the solo win.  I think Alys was, and I think whoever the Scorpion is, is doing the same.  Believe it or not, I think that helps the rest of us.

 

I'm also not totally sure about Loki, either.  I'm more inclined to think of both Barm and DSage as well.  I think that some of what Alys has said might be true, as I think she was going for a solo win.

 

I'm gonna digest the last umpteen pages before I vote.

A Daily News Exclusive!

 

In a bizarre twist to last night's double kill at the church, the Daily News has uncovered startling facts concerning Alys, aka "The Backstreet Strangler". It seems that Alys was only moments away from the confessional booth at the church when she was struck by the scorpion. As she collapsed, a note slipped from her finger tips. The Daily News has aquired a copy of this note, with what appears to be two names blacked out by the Mayor's office.

 

Discord among the houses has led us to disaster! One of our own has turned against us, and is targetting us as I write this.

If you are reading this, then it is already too late for me, thus I have no concerns in telling you that I am the Backstreet Strangler.

A cursory search of my apartment on 5th Avenue should provide all of the evidence necessary to prove this.

I have important information that must be heeded!

I know that the solo killer is in the church

This has become a matter of honor between families. I beg the people of New York to let the Mafia live to hunt down this solo killer,

and I bid the Mafia to waste no opportunity in doing so.

 

The note was handwritten, and somewhat illegible. We will continue to update this story as more information comes in.....

The Mayor's office has also confimred the identities of two additional bodies found at the church last night.

 

NEPHI, AN INNOCENT BLACKJACK DEALER, IS DEAD

 

PANDY, AN INNOCENT CAPTAIN, IS DEAD.

 

Both parties seem to have gotten in the way of The Scorpion as Alys and Dae were killed. It is believed that both could have saved themselves by simply yelling out, but that both had taken a vow of silence some time ago.

It is a tragic loss to the Innocents, and a reminder that vigilance is an everpresent necessity.

 

***Mod Clarification: I love you guys, but I am getting tons of flack on and off of the thread about player inactivity. I thought about how to be fair about it and decided to go back to page 25 to see who has posted since then, or requested an LOA. Anybody who had not, got the axe. Again, it's nothing personal at all, and I tried to be as fair about it as possible. And,  this will certainly be enforced throughout the rest of the game.

Wow...a lot has happened.

 

Okay my thoughts are that we should go after [glow=red,2,300]Loki[/glow] as it maybe him in going for the solo win. However, I don't think we shoufl forget that there are two other Mafia guys out there and if Loki isn't the solo, we need to concentrate on the the Mafia as well, otherwise will will spend our time looking for the solo wion, that the mfai will win. If that makes sense.

 

I think I need to go back and reread at some point...if I get the time.

I support a dsage or barm vote, dark justice isn't too high for me atm and is really a newer interest to me.

 

Also! Dsage posted right before the day was goign to end, with a no lynch, and *chose not to vote* because "I don't know who to vote for" while Alys was in an extreme lead ahead of Loki! If he had voted and 1 other person had voted we would have lynched alys! The only people who would want to hold back the votes at such a desperate time would be the mafia!

 

Also, with 4 mafia left that means we have today and tomorrow till they win.
