Per Ubel, I've knocked 50% of your points off for every level but Faction Leaders's and Ful's. To members who have been here at least a year, you have been through this before. To members who are newer, we do this every year in an effort to give the lower levels a chance to get enough points to make it to the higher levels. It also inspires more activity for the Org, because we have those who love their points, and they wants them back, precious.
