I saw the comment that so many people jumped on Peace because he was trying to get everyone focused and asking everyone to vote and post reads lists.. am I wrong about that?  I wanna say it was Turin but I apparently live in 1903 and wifi doesn't exist in this age. Anyway, that wasn't my reason for voting Peace.  My reasons included Peace, using Wes's scummy scale of 1-10, said Teph was a 6 and SD a 5 (with the higher number being the scummiest) yet spent all of his energy on SD until very late in the day without giving any reason as to why Teph was even higher.  Ftr, I had sussed SD, it wasn't the sus that made me suspicious...it was the rest of it. Then Peace, after only like 2 posts, comes in demanding everyone vote, sussing people for not doing so after only a few hours of his demand, and griping that no one was doing anything.  It reeked of someone desperate to look like they were scum hunting.  

 

The whole point of all of that was to say that it wasn't what Peace was asking that was the problem in and of itself and it's disingenuous to pretend otherwise which pings for me.  

 

@ed2funy did you have the option to holster your shot?

 

I'm feeling less sure of Heavy, idk if it's because I feel like hes subtly trying to low key sus me for nothing or if the difference in tone a few people have mentioned is him getting nervous and less sure of how his behavior is being seen.  

 

I'm glad to have some more input from Darthe to work with. Not sure i like his "let's take it slow" speech then the subsequent vote though.  (I'm pretty sure that's how it happened but I've spent the better part of 3 hours trying to type this so I hope I'm not misremembering that part...FYI internet in Eastern KY sucks donkeys) 

 

I still feel good about DPR, which honestly scares me because of how convinced i was that Peace and/or GK had to be scum.  I’ve found the stuff he's said and suggested reasonable and I don't see that logic being something scum would push.

 

Dice, I really wish we had more of a similar schedule because I'd like to be able to see you get to interact more with people.  The same goes for me, except it isn't a time difference that's my problem.

This is how far I had made it with the rest oy readsbefore storms knocked the internet out then I got called in at 2 am and just got home.  We had a lock down which resulted in a mini riot and everyone gets called in for that.  I haven't had a chance to read but im off tomorrow so if I'm still alive, I'll post after I catch up.

No joke, it started over a piece of cake. One inmate claimed another stole his cake off the tray and they started fighting.  When staff came in to break it up, the 3 of them were attacked. It went on immediate lock down and the idiots tried to keep the inmates that were already in the chow hall in the chow hall and the kitchen workers to boot.  After hour 3 of that, all hell broke loose and it's been crazy.  Riot gear is so uncomfortable and so nasty.  It's been ridiculous.

I will!  That's my first riot since I started.  That's been 2 years.   It's a very crazy environment.  Especially being a woman CO in a male prison.  I have no doubt it is crazy anyway but the amount of rapists in this facility is insane and while the murderers seem to like me a lot, they're outnumbered 😂 idk what any of that says about me 🤷‍♀️

SD was perfectly willing to change from me on D1 to Town Peace to save himself. He was unwilling to change to Mafia Darthe to save himself. His excuse about needing a hammer is ridiculous. 

 

Dice was supposedly hot for SD all day. When it came to crunch time, he didn't say why he didn't want to vote SD anymore, his first thing was to try to flip the lunch to Tigraine who was not in thread. Irony of Dice trying to lunch someone not there. He advocated more for that than either other option. 

 

They are the mafia. They can't kill us all tonight. If we are lucky we can get one tonight and lunch the other tomorrow.

The progression of those posts make it clear that you were ready to jump, so I believe that - and that’s how things go in the game. But at the end, you *appear* to have been waiting, like you timed it. 
 

I have a picture in my head where Darthe knew he had been caught and some reshuffling of an overconfident team’s plan would have been in order.

I had a sinking feeling that again the wolves seemed a bit too content, no one starting other trains etc (Dice was suggesting but not sure that counts). In my limited experience an EoD without a lot of vote changes often limps along to a town elimination. 

 

The second quote was me being relieved and trying to stay classy by not overly celebrating or gloating or getting away from the fact we are still a long, long way from the finish line. 

 

But it was a good feeling to read Darthe's name in red, ngl.

I dont understand why people refuse to see. This is about as clear as it gets in mafia. This is done. 

SD was perfectly fine to vote Town Peace to ensure he didn't get lunched. He refused to vote Mafia Darthe in the exact same circumstance.

I'm not saying you are wrong but there are a lot of unanswered questions floating about. Sinister is mafia as he wouldn't vote Darthe but Dice is because he did? Could be some nefarious wolf plan but it is no way as simple as you are putting forward. 

 

There is something in your tone I don't like, and it was your interactions with Darthe in the first place that made me sus. 

 

If it was the wolf plan to CFD Tigs, why not have a placeholder vote on her early doors? That then would be a excuse to change. Parking Darthe on SD the whole game when the slankers could hammer at any point seems a bit risky. 

 

I don't think there is anything straightforward about this and we need to get through the NAs which could make or break us before we need to worry about voting so just cool it down, bro. If you're town enjoy this minor victory, and wait see what the morning brings.

nope never did a full reads list. Have some thoughts but I’m not going hunting for them

 

public stance on darthe was two things.  His tone was just darthe and I wasn’t gonna let him just run the game

 

and your putting words in my mouth again.  I voted him and then waited for him to respond, or for you to respond.  Neither of you did for ages.  Not sure how you get “hot for him all day” out of that. I didn’t push him, I just waited.
