It's Day 1, my guess after a multi-year hiatus, he's pivoting his play style a little from the last game that only happened a few weeks ago to not get burned out. I wouldn't stress too much on this read.

Dice loved Without a Paddle, and Tigraine enjoyed the bear scene.

 

Turin choose Addams Family Values, where Wednesday sets the Camp Staff on Fire, because they tried to get her group of campers to play the Native Americans in the Thanksgiving Play with the Pilgrims. (Clearly she had valid reasons for doing so)

 

Heavy Choose Hateful Eight / The Abominable Dr. Phibes, two movies I'm not familiar with.

 

DPR choose Friday the 13th (on today, the 13th). The movie about the mother who takes revenge on the Campers who stay at the Camp, because she feels they are all responsible for killing her son.

 

Darthe choose Cabin in the woods, and if you go with GK's interpretation of the events that have unfolded, then Darthe has infact, Chris Hemsworthed it into that wall. Lmao

 

Everyone else either hasn't choose a movie, or refused to choose one because they don't watch "horror movies", even though I gave everyone an out by picking any movie of any genre that takes place at a camp, or the woods.

 

IMO not answering participating says more then participating.

 

Participating, may or may not give me some indication about what your surface thoughts are regarding the game.. It may mean nothing at all.

 

It is day 1 after all. Aside from Claims, and some other random stuff, who people vote for, is probably going to get us more information for D2 then anything else.

 

Also, I haven't read any other post since my last one, so I'm sure I have some more I need to read.

This may be wishful thinking, but I think Tigs was just saying I at least act like I know what I'm doing. Which is possibly the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me in a mafia game. So Tigs is obviously lock clear, for that piece of judgement. Well, until she comes on and explains that isn't what she meant at all.

Anyway. The Teph DPR interaction felt odd. Like a private conversation. Could be due to a lot of reasons. Teph definitely likes calling people wolf, but it is D1, we all get our kicks in different ways, nothing wrong with a bit of fun.

Mental note not to mention Papa Roach again, but have to give GK credit for an accurate read on unnecessarily argumentative. Generally I try to keep that hidden, but perhaps the dude is just astute. Or offended. Could be either at this stage.
