Definitely arguing the point further isn't helpful to anyone. You both thought that each other overreacted to your reaction. I'd leave it at that, I think everyone has noted your exchange. If either/both of are town, think about what a wolf would want - a wolf would be deliberately causing the argument for wolfish reasons. A town would just be interested in making sure the wolfy behaviour was noticed. 

 

So I'd recommend letting it rest and finding the next bone of contention.

FWIW, my take on it is they did the same-ish  as Town!Heavy last game, and my takeaway from the open noting/acknowledging the struggle with OMGUS is that it's + for Town either way:

You are trying to paint a narrative.  You have no idea if I'm locked in on you.  I was "locked in" on Turin and Heavy last game but got off both and we swept as Town.  I thought if you were actually a Villager you might have gone in a different direction but you just continued on.
