Everyone gets to shore. Loki Redfern and MsDanya had some issues and needed to be carried to shore. Once everyone got there Barm ordered a short break.

 

Once the break was done a short meeting was called, and everyone gathered around Barm.

 

"There is thought to be some bonestone hidden around here, and we are out to find it. Unfortunately, this sheer cliff that we're sitting beside is in our way. The only way past it is either to sail through, and our dearest Jaydena has ensured that we won't be doing that, or to [glow=red,2,300]climb[/glow].

 

The pirates all nodded their acsent, and began climbing.

 

Loki Redfern and MsDanya failed to put the word swim in front of a post. Each of them gains 1 vote against them.

 

EDIT: You no longer have to say swim, as each new word comes up, the old ones do not need to be used any longer.

I went back and reread the thing, I think I misread it and that it may well only be the first post. In which case Loki doesn' t have that vote against him. MsDanya still does though.

 

Don't take my word for granted though, we'll have to wait on Wes to settle this.

For the Call & Response action, you only have to mention the word in one post. So Loki is fine, but Danya took a hit. You do have to mention the new word at least once after Barm mentions it. Interestingly, players that have not checked in yet will need to mention all words in their first post back. So when Griefy gets back, she will have to both [glow=red,2,300]swim[/glow] and [glow=red,2,300]climb.[/glow] or two votes will go against her.

I jsut have to say that I really dont use the glowbutton out of principle cause I hate it so much. so in he future I might just take the one vote. I dont care.

Danya- We use the glow here simply because it is easier to see than the bold thing. Also, penalties will not necessarily be a single vote against you in later events. They can be more votes, loss of your vote, or even death.

 

Now what? I'm not sure, I'll post some more story in the morning.
