Based on meta/past games...town, by far.  BFG has never pushed me as scum before.  The first time she was mafia against me, she was basically inactive and I'm not even sure she mentioned me.  The second game she basically tiptoed around reading me and only gave a read when she was basically forced to.  The last one was Siggy's game on PerC where she subbed in late D1 for Azure and was teammates with Lawyer, whose face I styled off... so she literally COULDN'T push me there.

 

Town... you saw Drag Race, where I was the first person she voted.  The only reason she gave me any room was my claim.  She had zero qualms going against me in Owner's game where I was the serial killer and she was town, and again... her and Liz had their slumber party about how they were going to get me lynched until I murdered Void.  The last game I was mafia on DM she was town, and she was more or less on me consistently throughout the game, and I actually had to WORK to get her to leave me alone.

 

That being said, I know her method for reading me is largely based on how I approach HER... and she knows I know that.  So the fact she said is completely NAI to me.

That's fair...and I was kind of thinking along those lines.  But I feel like we're kind of having to pull teeth with her right now to get her to share any thoughts, and I have no idea what to make of that.  I know she's got limited time, but I feel like even when she was short on time in some of the other games we've played she was a little more...idk...open with her thoughts, even if they weren't super deep.  Maybe I'm off base given I've only played I think 2-3 games with her and spectated maybe another 1-3 games.

It's kind of like something Liz basically addressed in drag race, when Desthro and Daleks were pushing me.  Most people who push me tend to NOT flip red.  It's a hell of a lot easier for mafia that know me to say, "Let's stay out of Chris's way" and just shoot me N1 or N2 than actually try to mislynch me.  

 

The only thing stopping me from the benefit of the doubt here is I really have no idea how serious to take that vote (and if she's mafia, she probably knows she's "supposed" to be concerned about me there).

You're not off base about that at all tbh.  I'm fine giving her time to flesh things out and see what comes from it (partially because we don't really have a choice for a couple of days anyway), but I don't think you're wrong to want/expect more.

I'm basically null on about half the game right now, and that's really frustrating.  I'm pretty sure I could lynch anybody in WiFi/Illian/Hallia/Nyn and be happy, and that's not even including AJ.  Or factoring in the stuff from Wifi, Illian, and BFG I'm actually concerned with.

On a serious note, I don't really know what to say about her that I didn't say earlier.  She hasn't had very much content, and I'm not going to pretend I'm some amazing tone reader of her.  IIRC I did ~okay in Cory's game irt her slot, but I was never particularly comfortable with her.

 

Years ago, she was exceptionally easy to read because she was super aggro and would forget to come up for air.  She just don't have that time anymore, and I fully understand why.  So she's kind of somebody I have to solve around or at least wait until there's some real depth to go through.

Fair enough on the activity/Kat thing.  I don't get how he got Zander as confident town nearly as early as he did, and him refusing to elaborate is annoying but really out of character for him.  He's a pretty instinct driven player, and he definitely cares more about what makes sense to him than what he can prove to everybody else.  I think he's considerably more likely to be town than mafia, but I'm not super confident in my reasoning behind it, if that makes sense.

i totally read it as who would u yolo vig.  my answer is still one of u two. the reason is you are both players that if scum can get thru this game and cost town the win. I dont care if you could be an asset  ure a real danger if scum.  if im gonna yolo  and i dont have a gut read on someone telling me their scum      then i will go big if im being serious  or kill zander if im wanting laffs.

sorry about the job.  But if you're not getting it for really dumb reasons, maybe not somewhere you want to work? (obviously i don't know the dumb reasons but...I'm assuming it's something on their end and not yours)

As for the other part, I'm still not sure why you're so convinced my scum game is that on point.  Like seriously.  You've never seen me even be scum and your concern is surprisingly high.  Or maybe that's why lol.  If you had, I'm fairly certain you'd be far less concerned; I'm just not that good at being scum.  Not that any of it matters even remotely, it's just really surprising.  At least Chris I can understand.  He's earned that that respect. 

 

Would be curious to see if you had any thoughts on BFGs catch up.

My interpretation of it is that he'd target a potential deepwolf. Which isn't a terrible idea in itself. If that player is town we're keeping a strong player throughout the game and he/she is confirmed. If that player is scum then it eliminates a dangerous player that might have lost us the game later on if they carried favor.

 

If you were to go for a less prominant or active player and they're town... the transfer wouldn't be as beneficial.
