I revisited The Year Without a Santa Claus, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, and Rudolph this year.  YWaSC was not worth it, SCiCtT was up and down, and Rudolph was just delightful.

I like the taste and ritual (pour over) of it too much to ever seriously cut down - although I rarely drink 4 cups a day.

It's possible.  My mom went from 4 POTS of coffee a day to 2 or 3 cups of watered down coffee a day.  Of course she had incentive: 5 bypass surgery, and full body bypass surgery, and aorta surgery.
