I can't find it in the op, but I remember Clov (I think it was) saying there were two mafia.

 

I think bussing is less likely unless it's someone who either thinks they can solo it or desperately needs the town cred. I'd kinda not like to think of these tbh because I don't need the headache but just thoughts that come to me.

If it's me not voting, then yeah I messed up because I thought it was 48 hours and I was posting Saturday morning (I was busy yesterday from meeting a friend and drained from stuff going on irl that i don't want to discuss except to say that sleep was the only thing I wanted to do when I got in).

 

It's not just the lack of posting D1. It's the posting you did do on D1, and then showing up right at the bell and posting enough to take the heat off you. Tripped obviously still picked correctly, but I don't think you're a wrong choice either.

I did actually say that I was working, meeting someone, then sleeping. If you read my posts that you claim not to like, you'd know that.

A lot of what I saw in Hallia's posts were ~normal logical contradictions that I am used to seeing. Like the part where she got questioned about being willing to vote for you, but also liking me, even though it was clear you would put me on trial. I mean, I know better now obviously but I thought that was something that was fairly ~normal for Hallia. I also thought that a scum!Hallia would've taken her rebuttal more serious versus the light, jokey LOTR stuff. I mean I figured she was getting lynched anyway, so my one opposing vote wouldn't stop it but since it comes down to the individual that's where I landed.

I saw the part where you said you'd be going out with a friend, yeah. And I don't really keep track of where you are or what time it is for you, no offense. I just see you take largely a back seat D1, say a lot of reasons why you aren't playing or post about non-game related stuff, and then when you're one of those who might get picked for trial you show up before the bell rings and dig yourself out. I've seen it happen before. I'll get back to those before Day end in a bit.

You're one player that I know considers yourself a good Hallia reader, so I have a hard time understanding why that wasn't your approach versus trusting the case of someone else you admit to have no meta/experience with. It's not like it's a secret to DMers that Hallia can get tripped up for what seem like contradictions, so like I asked earlier I'm interested to know which parts about Tripped's case that you thought were compelling specifically.

Well you don't have to keep tabs on me but if you're actively going against information available for you to try and work me out, that's not working me out.

 

So here it is timezones and schedule. If you know I'm sleeping before, why would you then try to tell people I'm scum for not posting instead?

 

I think a similar thing I have with you is the inconsistency. So like I say in the sign up I'm busy, post here too and then when seph asks you why you'd kill me and not nya for the same thing, you bring in player ability and reading. I did think you've got less experience with me and have never played with town!me before so you don't really have the ability to make that judgement, but that also means you might not be able to read me so I just left it.

This is a big nothing burger post. Who was blowing your posts out of proportion? I know you asked me/mentioned me a few times D1 but I wouldn't be surprised if all of your other posts were either fluff/polygraph or telling us how you were busy. I get the argument you're making, but it's easy to make and hollow. The Darthe read isn't even really a read so much as a summary, and there's no conclusion from your end.

I'm not sure what you mean with the first point. I don't keep track of when you're awake or what. I am speaking strictly from my perception of the event that DL was looming, you missed most of D1, and right at the end you were here and talking to the one person you needed to the most (ironically). I think without that Tripped might've put you up over Hallia.

 

If you posted in the signup thread, then I didn't see it. I kinda stopped paying attention to it once it was almost filled and then took forever to run. But I will acknowledge that if you said it there then fair enough. 

 

I didn't say Hallia doesn't care as Town, not even close. I said in that position, with the noose hovering over her head, I believe she would've taken it more serious as scum vs Town.

I don't know what a burger post is.

 

I think the blowing out of proportion was to tripped and/or Clov saying I had spent ages on the polygraph when it was a few minutes. It's blown because it looks like I spent a whole chunk of time on it and actively avoided doing anything.

 

It was also a quote, not a mention.

 

And my darthe read was actually an I'm suss of this guy one lol I would think that me saying he's randomly right about me being town but not following it up is saying that.

1. The fact that he doesn't join the party and still gets all the love is totally unfair.

2. Whilst I loved Tripped and am sad to lose the Cop, I am SO FREAKING THANKFUL that he is confirmed. If he was skating by on SHC instead of actual clear, I could cry.

 

And on that, I am never YOLO attempted-Seer-covering again. Especially not on someone whose Wolf!game scares me. That was torture.

Why Cass?  I had Darc/Hallia and Dice/Hallia as unlikely teammates, with less confidence on Dice/Hallia.  I'll have to relook on exactly what he said about her, but I do remember the tone thing being brought up.  

 

You think Lenlo looks good because of Hallia's treatment?  I didn't have a pairing for them in my notes (in either direction), but i could see where Mafia!Hallia tries to sneak a read on a teammate for really no reason like that.  Especially someone that's kind of lower volume and might not get a lot of control in the thread.  

 

The only person I thought had overt teammate equity with Hallia was Kat.  I noted that after Kat said she wasn't interested in lynching AJ or me - which I thought was deserved - or Nyn and Hallia.

FWIW, the game you played with Kat isn't one I think she couldn't replicate as scum. She's smart enough to know that we all expect her to be a nervous, indecisive wreck D1 and that under zero circumstances would she ever want to be the one choosing the lynch.

So the two people who were calling you out (rightfully imo) for focusing on the wrong stuff were Clov, and the flipped Cop? When you talk about how it was getting blown out of proportion, and looking and who was pushing it how, that creates a pretty different narrative for yourself.
