I realize I have been misunderstanding what EP was saying earlier, and he was making a mistake as well, which I guess double removes the reason for my vote, so I'm moving it back to Vote: Kat because I'm still happy with that one. As I said in my first post of the day, that redirect stinks. And yes we can WIFOM it. Everything can be WIFOMed.

You dont submit NA's when your dead. Theres nothing to submit. Your dead. How do you submit an NA before you knew you had died, if he died in the day? Ed didnt die to some NA, we lynched him. Before night started. So he clearly knew he was dead before NA's were submitted.

 

Do you submit NA's in the middle of day phase? Cause I don't. I tend to wait until Night Phase starts to submit an NA.

I think in one of my prime games I pulled it off, but I have a lot more history getting lynched early as mafia.

BG, I can see the agruments for and against No Lynch. I'm generally a hard advocate for not lynching inactives (can y'all guess why?), but there has to be a natural progession leading to voting No Lynch. Still catching up, so I'm not sure when you brought it up, but I remember someone mentioning it early on. 

 

Shad, gotta disagree with you on 100% mafia benefit. It does leave a lack of information and then mafia gets their kill at Night, but there is a benefit of you know, not shooting in the dark during the Day because mafia will push a consensus when one can't be reached. It takes just one vote to start tipping the scale and that vote doesn't have to be placed directly by the mafia. They just need to drive the conversation. Then it's going to be 100% guaranteed non-mafia lynch on D1.

EP, so you say whatever Duke's action was (you don't concretely know what it was), it wasn't manipulated. What if his action wasn't manipulated directly, but something with Kat's own abilities, if any? I still gotta read up and see if she's hinted anything in regards to ability.

A Twilight-only redirector or ability would be hard to keep in play unless that player could always be on during Twilight...

The explanation is simply that I was reading up. I first saw the posts about him saying Duke was a vig (the JOAT thing didn't come into the picture until the next page), then I responded to that, went back and read on, and came to that post, and suddenly it made sense. 

 

It was a Zandercatchup(tm) hiccup.
