Fwiw I think Snow going on the defense in that position is null, especially if he felt you were misrepping or thought he could reverse it onto you depending on his alignment. I don't actually hate his arguments as I can see that he's mostly correct in his stance even if it is a semantics argument and in a vacuum you coming in late and having the top wagon as your #1 does look a little suspect.

The argument about scum not pushing to lynch someone on the basis that they might be symp only flies if we assume they believe there might be a symp.

 

If they have no symp finding ability and their numbers lead them to believe a symp is unlikely, or if they're just straight lying because they don't think a real symp would go about it that way, the argument doesn't really fly.

 

I actually pushed RTE as a wolf on the grounds that he was playing like a symp once because our symp recruitment on him got roleblocked N1 and I took it for granted the failure made him town.  He flipped our symp. 

 

Point being it's a reasonable positive in an advanced game but it's not clearing.

@ Hermes I would recommend trying to get a better feel for the thread state before claiming anything in the future.  You weren't getting lynched today so when you drop the bomb yeah, it sort of situationally confirms that you're telling the truth 90% of the time, but it also greatly reduces a village PR's life expectancy.  If I'm a wolf I've got a huge chub right now.

I think I'm an advanced enough player that I can successfully mimic my town game to a high degree and have shown that in numerous games. So I don't blame you if you think I'm just saying the right things, etc. I also haven't been town in a long time so maybe I've lost some of the sharpness :(

 

I am mulling over John. I thought him pushing Dave was bad but I am reconsidering that with the new info in light and I haven't hated his responses to Lenlo so I think I'm trending back towards null rather than leaning scum.

 

Pral is a mild suspect of mine as I mentioned earlier.

 

I have ~good feels about the majority of the roster that has been involved thus far but not super solid on anyone being scum atp other than stupid conspiracy theories that pop up in my head from time to time. It's gonna take some time with a game this size
