I've been killing some Shaw Brothers' classics lately

 

Venom Mob

36 Chambers

etc

 

Unfamiliar but will check it out. I know the more mainstream ones like Kung Fu Hustle, Ong Bak, and IP man. Those are classics to me, won't ever get old.

Never seen Kung Fu Hustle but it's on my shortlist. Ip Man is so great and Tony Jaa kills it in Ong Bak.

 

 

My current favorite is Fist of Legend - the Jet Li remake of Bruce Lee's Fists of Fury but I think it's better than Bruce Lee's version. Seriously some of the best choreography and badass fight scenes ever.

 

 

The 36th Chamber of Shaolin is one of the greatest ever made and is in my top 3 for sure. Idk if you like Wu-Tang but it inspired their first album 'Enter the WuTang (36 Chamber).

 

Fong Sai-Yuk or "The Legend" is another great one because of Jet Li and the choreography but Josephine Siao steals the movie. Highly recommend it as well. Pretty funny.

I wouldn't classify Kung Fu Hustle as a kung fu film, despite the name.

 

Its an over-the-top, classy movie that is more fun than adventurous.

I knew you weren't mafia and that wolves wouldn't shoot you.  I was concerned about having us double down on our shots and I was concerned about us shooting one another, ironically.

That's so not true though!  I said outright it was Verb and then when Nol flipped I said I bet it was actually him and ya'll said no so I went back to saying it was verb.

 

 

Yeah dude, I totally read you as town, lol.  I was, in normal Verbal fashion, shooting to silence N1.  I was gonna save the 2nd shot for later, but wanted to take out somebody that I didn't think would leave me alone.
