This feels so atypical of Eldrick to me. He always asks a million questions, even if the answer is straightforward. For him to leap into the thread like this without asking Darthe to explain himself first makes me really worried.

 

 

Jumping to conclusions and then thinking it through later is normal for him.

Also, now that I realize there's no possible way that bop's early "view" on Notbob could possibly be legit, for purely mechanical balance reasons, I don't like the idea that lenlo tried to act like it could be and asked about why people were ignoring it.

Eldrick, have I ever modded a game? Have I ever figured out how to balance roles? No. Someone claimed a peek, and no one touched on it, so I talked about it. How is it wolfy to follow up on a thing that almost lynched a slot.

Her connection to DPR, in that DPR is using her post about a connection between you and Eldrick. If DPR is a wolf, I think she has a decent chance of being one two. So shes down there for that, but im not lynching her before DPR because if he is town then I dont think it means she has to be a wolf.

Sooh is a wolf if dpr is because of the post that Sooh made that dpr is trying to use to link bop and me together.

 

Is that what he's trying to say here? Man does that feel like trying to make the pieces fit together to get the result you want.

 

How is that making pieces fit together? The linking of you and bop is crap, and its a good strategy to have someone else drop a reason for the link and then build off of it. Gives it more legitimacy as its coming from 2 different sources, so its not just 1 persons crack theory.

I (obviously) dislike his reasoning on sussing this slot due to the sub, while not addressing the fact she subs as both alignments (and actually this bugged me so I checked in Shads database :p - as far as I can tell her sub rate is in line with her rand rate at least off the top of my head) and none of this is relevant to anything, other than being a weak reason for AJ to promise vote this slot.

I try not to talk about these things much but I looked this up last night and she's 3-3 unless I miscounted, 50% of the time as wolf. /shrug

I've got him as town as of now. I don't claim to know him as a player but I feel like his character isn't difficult to read and he's sort of playing the way I'd expect.

See... I dont understand that from a towny mindset. If you know someone is a wolf, and people are believing you, why would you just sit back and do nothing rather than try to push it through and get the lynch? If you sit back, the chance of a lynch stagnating is pretty good yeah? At the very least, I would expect a towny to bring it up or push him or drill him for answers to things or something. But sitting back and letting a lynch just... fall into place? Thats something wolves do so they can say later "Hey, I didnt push this lynch", and yeah that might not work for you if you were a wolf since we have you sorta-kinda claiming a role and that could be a smoking gun, but ive seen people talk their way out of worse situations.

Yes Bop, I am 99% sure there is a cult in this game and 100% sure there is some kind of recruit mechanic in this game. Recruit tends to lead to cult, but theres always the chance of a mafia recruit.

Well there is this mechanic called a recruit. And Cult always has it. Sometimes a mafia has it. Depends on the game. Either way its Town becomes Not Town. I know for a fact that there is a "Turn"/Recruit mechanic in this game, as part of my PM says I cannot be turned and the other part directly works against those turned. Seeing as Cult always has it and mafia only sometimes, I expect that there is a cult in this game.
