Meh. I got up before 6am, worked a heavy day until 8pm, and I'm just sitting down. Language may not be my strong point right now.

Your push against me is generic and doesn't take into account the actual specifics of my posts/where I'm headed (Eg. inviting people to correct me if my meta on Dice is outdated). It should be obvious that nothing I'd come up with there was a solid read, and that I was just getting thoughts out there. At this point I'm not sure if this makes the generic push deliberate and scummy or if you're not invested/thinking deeply.

You fence-sit on AJ, but lean him slightly Town and shift votes to me for liking his logic at the same time as you say you find him being logical Wolfy. And then you present two options with me as Wolf, leaning for me trying to 'read correctly'. It stood out.

 

What's the motive for a Wolf to 'read correctly'?

Why suggest my lean is going to end up correct?

it seems pretty obvious to me that you're a wolf. going after a weak player like wildfire because she reacted badly to pressure for instance? (haven't actually looked at the exact reaction though). and saying dice looks good because he asked a couple questions and is playing the game. and giving aj towny points for being logical which he might do as either allignment but probably as a wolf more in my personal opinion (but anyway) when 4 people are voting him? could easily be a wolf trying to read correctly or a wolf protecting a pal, though i'd lean toward the former for now.

Dice's blunt/direct questioning of WiFi followed by starting vote stick out to me as Town!Dice (IMO he hangs back more as Scum early on, someone correct me if I'm wrong/things have changed in recent games?). Kinda mind melding on WiFi = possi-Wolfy there for the reaction to pressure on the AJ vote. Will re-look here when I get home.

Nynlia are coming across happy/playful/relaxed. I liked Nyn's questioning early Believer/Zander interactions since I had the same sort of initial reaction reading through. I can see possi-Town reasons but not sure if it fits.

AJ's Believer-probably-Town post seems legit and I can follow the logic so Towny points there.

WiFi and Believer pinging most to me so far. I need to go back and read Believer Star Fox, but I get a confident, cocky vibe from him here that makes me think he likes tricking/playing with people. TLDR If that vibe's not there in SF where he was Town, making waves as AJ said could be an indicator here.

A couple of Zander posts made me *raise eyebrows* A couple of them made me smile and *put eyebrows back down*. Watching that space.

I think Penny's comment Re: Shad early > Rand Town read can be understood in the sense that Shad as Town is (in all the games I've seen) SUPER!!!!!SCARY!!!!!OBV!!!!TOWN from reeeeaaallly early on.

I'm gonna hate having Shander as a thing for a while, have never played with them without being able to use their interactions with each other for reads.

@Wildfire - Have you seen AJ Town/Heard of his rep as good Town?

Honestly Believer sets my hair on edge every time he posts, and I keep thinking it feels pretty contrived, but I got the same vibe from his early posts in Star Fox and I was probably the last person in the thread still incorrectly calling him a wolf when he was pretty much consensus town.  I don't think his style? was really the same, but the impression it's left on me has been.

 

But I kind of agree with AJ in that it's super unnecessary to make yourself the center of attention like this rather than blend in, when not many people have said anything of substance.  If wolf, a bold wolf.

I can agree with all this, especially the bold. Nothing yet has really piqued my interest/inspired me to get really into it. Feels like im just floating here, waiting for something to sink my teeth into. That and the last few days of Competitive for Overwatch :P
