This is unrelated, but does anyone have a good recipe for steak sauce?

 

 

Why would you want sauce on a steak?  It's an insult to the meat .

 

 

But, before I lived in Texas, here's a simple recipe I used to use out of things I always had in the house :) -

 

1 1/4 cups ketchup

2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard or spicy mustard for more of a kick.

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 drops hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
