Well, that was more direct than I expected.

I'd say you can read Zander decently by his cases. He'll throw out gut/tone stuff a lot, but he'll bring it together with conviction or the appearance of it sooner or later, and if you're scratching your head more than nodding along he's probably a wolf.

He gave me a pretty easy Town read,  Dice has played a lot of games with me.  He should well know that Ive done nothing so far that I couldnt have as Scum. 

 

He threw a pretty easy read to through out there.  It reads to me like he knows Im Town but doesnt want to much work into progressing the read if that makes sense. I know Dice likes tor read Tone and is a gut read player but I feel like Dice should still be more suspicious of me atp.

 

I also tend to find jokey Dice to be scummy more often then not.  That being said I know he can be jokey as Town as well so this is more of a feel for me but when I factor in the other things he doesnt sit right with me atp.

I was completely honest with you from the start of the game. You came in with a false name. You didn't make any effort in QT to look into me. I tried to give you benefit of doubt and hope you would come along. you went right into nudging me ITT. If we could have shown we were both town to each other there then we would have been in better shape as town. You basically deciding I was mafia from the start and in effect casing me in thread while avoiding me in QT led me to believe that you are in fact mafia. 

 

About Dice. Do you deny that I told you I thought he was mafia before you did in QT. I will have to check but I don't think you had sussed him in thread yet either.  So keep working at that. Especially since I had questioned Dice before you were even in thread or QT.

I'm buying Turin's claim at this point, and I'm buying his suspicions of Zander as being legitimate. I liked the way Turin took off at the start and got this game moving, and I've not liked Zander's meta-whatever play-style at all quite frankly. His rebuttals to Turin's claims look weak in my opinion.

Make what you will of the rest, but Zander being focused on meta so much is absolutely null for him.

You were confused about the whole ordeal a post ago. Was there more to your progression here than doubting Neighbors would be v/v and Turin saying Zander was suspicious in QT?

The post that is bugging me is the one where he says that the lynch today should be between you and turin. When I read that, I didn't like that he was narrowing it down to just you two. It felt to me like he knew that you were both town, so by getting us to vote between you, he would get a mislynch.

 

In the same post, he ended it by asking you how you felt about it. Being the context of the post was voting one of you, it felt like an accusation to me, not a discussion point. Turin and you were already suspecting each other. The sentence didn't feel like a discussion point to me.

Liking Laine on p21 quite a bit. There was a time when I'd say that level of engagement is outside of her scum range. I need to look at GnD at some point and see how much of her towny content came post-cult conversion.

Iirc she was able to maintain her town content because she was the cop.

 

This is right and something I want to bring up too. GnD was an exception, you act like I have improved my scum game to the point where it is indiscernible from my town game which isn't the case. I only kept that up because I was cop lol

 

Meh it's not even a point if half the posts I thought you made as scum in that game you were actually still town.  It's just something I need to do sooner or later, regardless of whether the conditions of the game create a relatively poor baseline to read anyone from.

 

I tend to make my reads on an instinctive level and then evaluate them.  At least that's how it goes down in my head, more often than not, and I have a murky cloud over my 'gut reaction to Laine' processor that injects a footnote of 'did these things even actually happen?' into half the thoughts that come to me.
