Bfg I didn't like him picking out Yates read while ignoring AJs, but he brought up AJS "peek" on his own immediatly after, inprompted. I liked that.

 

For Clov/progression not alot has happened to progress over. What I need right is sone thing concrete to run my reads against, like a flip. With that I can go back and start lo ok king things over again. Until we get a flip of some kind though, everything is just opinion. And I decided to try out Yates.

I can't drag up quotes but I responded to some of his posts that I thought were good in my mini-WOT around pg 16 or 17.I don't know if I would count Lenlo's progression in the alt game as that serious. He admitted himself a lot of his push on fake Sili was playing to his character.

If say you were deciding on who to vote for over two players, much like BFG is doing now, that's one thing.

 

But you gave two other options that were literally never going to be plausible so your vote more or less landed on Clov by default.

Looked very briefly at SoaP.  There it was more that Lenlo tried to get Cory lynched essentially for making too many jokes at the start of a game that was designed for people to make a lot of jokes.  I'm not sure it's relevant here except to say town!Lenlo gets serious quick.

There went any other options to consider ar the time AJ. The only real cases are on me, Clov and Zander. I'm not voting myself, I'm all for voting Clov, decided to give Yates a shot and No Lybch isn't a valid option apparently.

 

And no, I don't think time playing equates to knowledge of game theory. I'm not as big into that stuff as you guys.

I probably haven't been?  I made a conscious decision to not hold back this game (will probably do it ~somewhat, since I don't feel like ruining friendships) if need be, so I would guess I'm more likely to see myself as being a jerk than others would.  

 

But as it relates to AJ, I have a hard time coming up with any other serious reason for him being concerned about me over everyone else.

I dont see why your so focused on why AJ voted you. Your caring to much about a vote that seemed to me just to try and kickstart the game.

 

 

Also Clov, what brought you to an early town lean on Bender?

 

How comfortable were you in your first scum game?

As for Bender I wouldnt say she has enough posts yet for me to go one way or the other and Zander I need time to figure out. They are a solid neutral for me atm.

From my POV I have to decide whether I think Shad is actually trying to figure out Besie or if he wants it to look that way. I've seen him talk before as scum about playing to his meta, like hitting wickets or something, and looking at their interaction I get the "playing with my prey" impression that he's said to me personally about how he handles potential suspects.

 

TLDR - we'll see.

 

Clov I like marginally better but I don't think any of the observations he's made are outside of his capability as scum. He understands the perspective game and would know he needs to look like he's evaluating my intent. Still a bit curious about his original statement though.

 

Anyway - DL is tomorrow so let's start buckling down and discussing people. I'm starting to see some seer cover so that's much appreciated.

Im iffy on Clov. He could be evaluating you, but on the other hand he seemed rather reactive/defensive to the whole thing which wasnt good.

Alright so after all that I feel most comfortable going after Clov to see what happens, Notbob to get him in here or a no lynch. Lynching inactives doesnt give us alot to go off regardless of their flip. No lynch basically gives the scum a free day and on D1 atleast theres a decent chance their kill doesnt tell us to much about the game cause there isnt alot to go on. Id like it if someone more experienced with No Lynchs weighed in on this.

 

Cause of this, [v]Clov[/v] cause hes the best of some crappy options today.

I did like that you brought up the AJ BFG thing, cause it showed you were lookin back and tryin to draw connections rather than just lookin for a hole to pounce through. The thing about your slot is I have had 1 game with you where I knew who you were, and we were scum buddies together. And we spent the entire game at each others throat. I don't think I want to lynch you today and I wish Yates was around to talk. At the moment I don't have a problem with Zander although Besie concerns me somewhat. I think Zander's always going to be a Day 3/4 read for me which is problematic now. Clov just doesn't feel like Clov here.
