  • Kiv does the maths and says could be 2 hydra as wolf, and says not a bad way to go about it

  Pg8:

  • Mish unvotes and votes Alanna, feels like like she set this up prior to playing in case she rand Wolf? Mish thinks this doesn't go anywhere. - Cant really see Alanna doing that. At this point though, Kiv/Mish do NOT have a vote on AJ
  • Alanna explains her hsitory of the vote all hydras
  • Mish argues that you can choose any 8 and say the same
  • Kiv explains to Mish, there is a use and that is to cut down on the bloat
  • Alanna Argues about reducing down her POE and the posts she has to go through and using hydras to reduce the number of pages to go through kills two bird with one stone. - I can see her point of view to a point, but hunting wolves is far more important to me, lets hope she does that too.
  • Alanna asks Cory what he thinks about going with LAH
  • Cory won't be randomingly selecting groups of people to focus on
  • Z decides her logic is good, despite him being a hydra, asks for people to remove there voe on Alanna - I have to say I get fed up with this, the blind following doesn't help game solve. I do not he is not offering him and Seph up for this vote, she likes
  • Mish unvotes - This is where she concedes to Kiv9am, isn't the jokey sort, hasn't played in ages and is looking forward to and doesn't wanted to be voted out due to being in a hydra - This is the post I thought sounded honest, Iand I can see her point
  • Alanna says with Z here it improves her game by 75%, so expect a decent game from her.
  • Alanna Says Mish is defensive as if she was coming after her slot, no different than the other 7 hydras. So she has to prove her slot. Alanna is  having trouble focusing with so many players, that she wants to narrow the field

  Pg9:

  • Wombat Votes Laine - Seph/Z lecturing Kiv is scummy, Sili asking Lenlo for content is lol, Laine leaving her vote on the best hydra ever.
  • Halley Votes Kiv/Mish - due to Kiv's Sass and Mish defensiveness, doesn't see anything better.
  • Alanna +1 this
  • See's Wombats vote on Laine as a bad way to go.
  • Zander likes Hally's vote and Laines +1, but wants to see more from them before he'd place a vote there -

  Pg10

  • Key says she would need to see more of Mish's defensiveness before she calls it scummy
  • wombat asks Z why he is trying  to look town so hard, without actually doing anything. - does this mean, you think he has posted a lot to show he is around but no substance?
  • Key Votes Lenlo - No reasons why, can you expand Key?
  • Z answers with he is trying to get engaged and game solve "my towniness will always shine through"
  • hally asks Cory what he thinks of Kiv/Mish slot
  • Clov asks Hally why "Sass" is alignment indicative
  • This is where Hally mentions about someone voting someone and sitting there - As Kiv isn't sitting there this isn't so good (doing this has helped me put these votes in the order they happened to everything else.) 2 pages after Mish unvoted.

  pg11:

  • Razen isn't liking Hally's reaction towards Kiv/Mish, the first to note that they are no longer voting AJ - Observant here, I had missed this as well
  • hally says about Kiv not unvoting himself, asks if Razen had seen anything any better. - Hally, have you seen anything else since? - I may find the answer to it later, but I'll put it here
  • razen thinks (kiv/Mish) null, and hasn't played with hydras before, so not sure how to take two people
  • Hally goes on to explain, she found both heads doing something scummy.

  Pg12:

  • Lenlo is interested in Mish backing down from not wanting to reduce the pool of hydras. Either Kiv silvertongued, or she's not as aggressive as he remembered.
  • Wish agrees with Kiv on the hydras thing, thinks Z is funny >.> lol

  There are posts with answer to Wish's Qs, but I have missed them off...I'm not superwoman :p

I'm caught up to 1631. Don't have time to quote or comment on everything but there were a couple of things that really stood out.

 

@Alanna - "In your first scenario, you automatically assume Kiv is town" is weak sauce. Both Town and scum apply pressure. Shad is right that it's totally null. Trying to twist that into a Town read comes across as manipulative.

 

Also re: Post 1608

1. would you drop the LAH stuff already? We are 82 pages into day 2. You have GOT to find better excuses for your votes - which is something you claim is your intent so just do that.

 

2. "Not sure Yates' posts are enough to clear him though, he's a pretty hard read for me. Where ARE the Yates gifs??" - You are missing the context. Key was addressing Clov's post wrt comparing my "fluff" content to Wombat's game content. Also, I'm pretty sure that gif comment was specific to the Ron Swanson gif she liked as opposed to my meta. Do you think my meta is to gif spam or something?

 

3. I think this is your second(?) spoilered wot that isn't particularly alignment solving. I joked earlier about how all I got out of your first wot was that we are sexually compatible. That was actually a commentary on the lack of quality content I expect from you. You aren't really taking a stand or presenting new information. You are just kind of rehashing old talking points without taking new information into account. The Key quote above is a good example. How did you miss that context?

Speaking of "spam," I think you need to work on that definition. This is a mafia game, dude. Mafia games are also social games BY NECESSITY. You can't expect 100% of the posts to be 100% game content. That's a. unrealistic and b. just not fun. I agree that we shouldn't derail the thread to talk about deflate gate or Ray Rice, but a certain amount of joking, flirting, teasing is what keeps the game a GAME and not a job. I mean, you have been spamming the thread about how much you hate spam and gin... <_<

• Key can't believe that Kiv can't see the difference, because his vote came from another game. Laine using her hydra position to figure out this game. Hopes there is progression.
• Nyn points out the inaccurate Meta data Kiv drops on Pral as his reason
• Shad points out to Hally that she should have put the vote on when Kiv was still sat on that vote
• Nyn Votes Kiv
• Razen points out that if Laine doesn't move out of her position then it is the same as Kivam's vote on AJ, wonders why one is being voted and the other is getting off scot free. - I presume her he means Alanna is getting away
• Shad agrees with Razen on his post about not liking Hallys reaction to Kiv/Mish
• Kivam stresses this vote was made an hour into the game and it was during the jokey stage of the game. It was a ventvote instead of a jokevote - point to note about this. I have seen many people come in to start a game and vote (in the joke stage) someone to do with another game, so this don't bring it in here is a bit false.
• kiv does his "I've had enough of tthis and I'm off for a few days" - when I read this I did think this was out of character for Kiv
• Call Hally out not for the vote on Kiv, but the reason of leaving it on there when it wasn't, feels like Z calling him out over activity after 4 hours.
• Cory thinks Hally probably Town because of how she has been posting.

Pg20:

• A lot of talk about Kiv's vanishing act
• Wish Unvotes as out of the joke stage
• Alanna answers that she was jokey a bit with Mish,  but her LAH is serious and then explains it (it comes from the Star Wars game - So a carry over from another game..hmm)
• Shad responds to Kivs vote on Pral, about Pral in the Belichick game and having some solid observations

• Shad thinks Sili is town
• Wish asks Nyn to answer her question about finding out about meta.
• Nyn says she techincally read old games, but sheer volume would impossible
• Nyn has Alanna null atp, kiv is supporting because of maths...doesn't like this also kiv trying scum tell a Null Pral, Zander charging in, agrees with Kiv and demanding a vote on Alanna removed, confuses her, she doesn't speak Zanderlese
• Kiv back in after just under one hour and proving his point about the emo with Shad - I understand where this is all coming from, not agreeing it should be in this game, so it is a null for me, It's kiv wanted to have the last word on an argument. I haven't said much on this, because everyone else seems to have an opinion on it, easier to watch others on it all.
• Kiv doesn't like the double standards Sili is laying down HERE #418 - I don't actually understand what Kiv is saying here, can you please clarify Kiv?

• Shad points out to Hally that rather than rather prod someone for dropping a bogus vote, they potentially sit on, you should wait and see who's sitting on bogus vote. - good point

• IRT Kiv sili says he didn't think Laine scummy, said he disliked it, and he never said Hally villagery, but he thought her villagery for FOSing Kiv, has double standard for kiv and Laine

Okay, I can't help but comment about this, cause it irritates me. I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I think you're wrong. Last game (Verbal's assassin game), someone kicked off D1 with a vote on Pral, joking that it would summon him to the thread. And that's fine.. It isn't the actual vote that bothers me and I've said that quite a few times. The issue what it is not what he did, but how he did it, throwing in a.... well last time as scum Pral was lurky too. hint hint. poke poke. Then he got called on it and rightly so. Then he claimed to only have seen his scum game, which means he shouldn't have said what he said without the full knowledge of his meta. He's not dumb. And then later on he says he doesn't believe in meta at all, So why bring it up? The whole thing stinks of backpadeling because he got heat over it.

 

I'm sort of tired of the whole kick starting, reaction testing, faking, fibbing excuses. What he did wasn't kickstarting the game, it was misrepping and voting for someone based on something he claims he doesn't even believe in.
